Tabin Murphy Tabin is a recent arrival to Prospect aboard his houseboat, the NRS Journeyman. He is a general ne'er-do-well and just over the 20s threshold delinquent. At least for now. He has little in the way of inspiration going forward of what he wants to do and has decided that Prospect is the place to find some sort of motivation to reveal the next phase of his life.
