The Restless Dead all over Prospect have been on edge lately. Word on the street is that Wraiths are disappearing in alarming numbers, and no one seems to be doing anything about it... The local renegade gangs reportedly have seen figures in strange clothes, leading Restless away. Even stranger, the Wraiths seem to be willingly following these people away. Some of these Wraiths have even been spotted on the street with strange black and red streaks through their Corpus, leading more away to some unknown purpose. Even Spectres aren't safe, having been spotted with the same markings in their Corpus, and a serene smile that would never appear naturally on a spectre... No one can say for sure, but there's only one place Wraiths always jump to in a situation like this: Necromancers. But with no organized Heirarch presence in Prospect, and an even less organized Renegade Presence, who will get to the bottom of this?

Wraiths
The Restless Dead speak in hushed whispers of Wraiths and Spectres with strange red streaks through their corpus, huddling away in dark, miserable corners of the city to partake in some strange ritual to a being called 'Mother'
Mediums
Mediums will actually see the Wraiths and Spectres and their strange ritual more often than an actual Wraith might. This 'cult' knows to hide from other Wraiths... but they seem to have underestimated the abundance of the Spirit Sighted in Prospect, and their propensity to stick their nose into Wraith's business...
