- She's taken over running a Wildlife Rehabilitation Center outside of town.
- She is adopted White Howler kin (PB 5), taken in and raised by the Black Furies. She's a scrapper, and seems to be pretty good with her fists.
- Evie is Mute due to a childhood trauma, and uses ASL to talk to folks. Don't know it? She's happy to teach, has a voice app or good old pen and paper to get by.
- She has a pet owl, one she'd adopted from the Center. Too domesticated to ever be released he's usually found on her shoulder when not in the city.
