5/30/2022 14:44:05 Jackie rumbles softly, then snores loudly enough to startle herself awake. She sits up suddenly popping up from next to one of the log benches where she had dozed off a short while ago. She brushes her hair back, looking around still slightly disoriented as she wakes. Apparently not noticing the silent figure, she mutters to herself. "Shit. Maybe I should be more careful with the long nights..."

5/30/2022 14:51:40 Jackie snaps her head around at the words, yelping in surprise. Then she rubs the back of her neck, looking embarrassed at her reaction. "Ah! I mean, uh, yeah, I'm... fine. I just didn't mean to fall asleep here."

She pauses a moment as she notices people and pauses to wave "Sup!" she calls out

5/30/2022 14:55:46 Sten would be carrying all the things not seeming to be bothered by it at all. He would offer a respectful nod to Journey and look to Jackie tilting his head to the side then offer a friendly nod with a smile.

5/30/2022 15:02:13 Jackie climbs to her feet and steps over the log towards the others, brushing loose grass off the rear of her jeans as she smiles with light hearted chagrin. "Oh, hi! Uh, definitely not just accidently falling asleep on the ground. What are you all up to?"

5/30/2022 15:03:15 Journey grins to Jackie, and looks to the path where Erin and Sten come in, lifting a hand to wave, "Hi." HE looks to JAckie, "Oh just checking on the pool." He says lightly.

5/30/2022 15:05:22 Erin looks over to the pool then over to Journey and Jackie and smiles "How is everyone?" she hmms and guestures to Sten "Refilling the smores here. What are you all doing?" she does lead Sten towards where the smores are kept so she can restock.

I got some white chocolate, along with the receese " she smiles softly and looks to Journey and Sten "Fine you two start looking for chocolate to make smores besides the comman" she nodnsods

5/30/2022 15:27:45 Jackie grins up at Sten. "I'm still not convinced white chocolate counts, but we can probably find something. The Reese's cups worked really well. I was thinking like a dark mint chocolate, maybe? But yes, it's a very important and exciting mission."

5/30/2022 15:30:28 Journey nods, taking a marshmallow and IMPALING it on the stick, "That's easy, Ghirardelli chocolate squares. They come in all kinds of types and flavors." He nods, "Melt nice and with the caramel ones, you get that center in the middle of things waiting to get bitten into."

5/30/2022 15:32:06 Sten looks to Erin "What is wrong with just regular milk chocolate? And white chocolate is not chocolate but can be tasty"

5/30/2022 15:34:40 Erin nodsnods to Journey as she starts to set out the gram crackes and some chocolates. She pauses to look at Journey "Why the fuck did I not think of those.. man ok those are on the list" she looks to Sten "Nothing wrong with it but trying to elevate the smore.. Come on live a little, besides any chocolate is super yummy" she hmms "We are stopping at the store on the way home" she nudges Sten. When she lays out the chocolate there are some heath, some rollos, some white Recess, normal recess, and there are some Almond and mounts.

5/30/2022 15:38:04 Jackie looks over the bounty as she gets her own marshmallow good and impaled. "That's quite the selection. Elevating the smore sounds about right."

5/30/2022 15:39:21 Journey holds his impaled marshmallow looking over the chocolates, and nods, "IT's a selection, I think this is a personal choice."

5/30/2022 15:41:15 Sten chuckles and makes just a regular smore cause... you have to start somewhere. "MMmmm been a while since I sat around a fire" taking a deep breath. "Perhaps a song to the smores?"

5/30/2022 15:42:30 Erin takes some white and normal chocolate as she gets her smore prep ready before she impales the marshmallows. She then looks to Sten and smiles at him "I do love your songs" she then ohs "We will have to try those new marshmallows with the chocolate already inside"

5/30/2022 15:46:57 Jackie goes with her brand new favorite, a Reeses's smore. She holds it for a bit while it cools, looking around and asking the group a question before she has a chance to smear melted chocolate on her face. "Soooo... What's up? I mean, is there any non-shopping and snacking news going on?"

5/30/2022 15:48:35 Journey nods, "There's marshmallows with stuff inside yeah." He makes a smore from a Recess, and gets it warm properly from the slightly charred marshmallow. "Feel free to sing, I won't inflict my singing on people." Goooey S'More. "Not sure, I've been busy talking to birds.

5/30/2022 15:50:44 Erin gets her smore pretty charred and then puts it on her prep stuff with both the milk and white one" she mmmms softly "This is going to be good" she looks to Journey "The birds? Oh are they saying anything intersting" she looks back to Jackie "hmm nope it was quiet on patrol, so nothing to report so I guess that's good right?"

5/30/2022 15:53:18 Sten shakes "I have not heard any news of note so" shrugs finnishing his smore and then tries to sing... but alas he was not prepared for crackers and melty marshmallows and chocolate and what it does to ones mouth and throat starting to cough badly, sounding terrible.

5/30/2022 15:57:54 Jackie attempts to eat her smore carefully and without making a mess, and almost succeeds. At the very least, she avoids getting any on her jacket. Eventually she manages to get out an understandable answer to Erin. "Right, I think that in the 'no news is good news' category."

5/30/2022 15:58:08 Journey shakes his head, licking melted gooey off his fingers, "No just making a deal with birds." He looks to Sten and winces, Bring anything to drink?" He asks Erin, as Sten aspirates grahm cracker.

5/30/2022 16:02:37 Erin gasps as Sten starts to cough and she gets up and goes to get Sten some water as she hands it to him "Are you ok hon?" She then looks to Journey "Yeah, been pretty thirsty so always have water... Deals ooo what kinda deals?" she keeps checking on Sten to make sure he is ok.

5/30/2022 16:05:21 Sten drinks the water and shakes his head "That was not pleasant" he says with a light cough. Washing out his mouth. "bleh" He tries now again, since his pride was hurt. Messing up like that due to smores, delicious but devious snacks they are. He tries his voice again but seems not to be back to what it once was seeming rather frustrated with this.

5/30/2022 16:13:38 Erin gives her hubsband a little pout when his voice doesn't want to sing and she leans to whisper to him before kissing his cheek and taking his hand and smiles lovingly at him she turns to wave to Journey as he heads off "See ya later" she then hmms as she goes to make herself another smore.

5/30/2022 16:18:07 Jackie shrugs sympathetically to Sten. "I guess there's a reason most bands don't eat on stage during shows. Not exactly walking and chewing gum at the same time."

5/30/2022 16:26:33 Sten takes a deep breath and focuses, those that know rage can feel it bubbling beneath the surface but he keeps it in. Then he stands up and just starts singing. Not going to let those damn crackers get to him. He starts without a song in mind but then he shifts and starts with a song. (7 successes)

5/30/2022 16:29:41 Jackie remains silent, looking up as Sten stands and then sits still with wide eyes as she's wowed by his attempt with a clear throat and lungs.

5/30/2022 16:30:04 Erin can't help but smile rather proudly and bright when the voice is found by Sten and starts to sing. She takes a swoonful breath as she quiets to listen to her mate sing.

5/30/2022 16:31:52 Scene set, they are all sitting by the fire listening to Sten sing. He is standing at the moment. Oh and there are smore stuff since they were having some.

5/30/2022 16:40:40 Six comes walking in from the woods with a few twigs in her hair and a black eye. She's got a ratted up and busted violin case in her hands and a ripped but taped up backpack over her shoulder. She sees people by the firepit and she starts in that direction, barefeet silent on the ground as the very tiny kinfolk approches the mini concert.

5/30/2022 16:41:37 Jackie is sitting listening to Sten. She doesn't notice Six's approach until Sten's song ends. Once she's done giving a round of clapping, she waves to Six.

5/30/2022 16:43:11 Sten ends his song and looks to Six tilting his head "Are you alright?" the large man watches the small kinfolk who seems to been roughed up some concern in his voice

5/30/2022 16:44:27 Erin claps when the song comes to the end and wolf whistles but then looks over to see who Sten is talking too and tilts her head a little bit. She falls silent.

5/30/2022 16:47:32 Six comes over to the trio and she sets down her violin case. She looks at Jackie and eyes her a moment but then recognition lights up in those unsettling blue eyes and she says "Oh hey, I know you. " and even waves back to her. When Sten asks if she's alright she nods "Yeah, sure I'm good. So, like, I'm looking for this den guy. I don't remember his name but he's called like Den Dad or something like that." She picks a stick out of her hair and flicks it to the side but then oh's and seems to remember something as she says "Fuck, introductions, right. Name's Six. Stargazer kinfolk."

I mean Chases-The-Wind" she smiles "He should be coming around at some point" she tilts her head "What happend last night?" she asks curiously before she looks thoughtful "I'm Erin, kinfolk to Mother ananasa and of the Fae.. I'm also his wife" she points to Sten with a smile.

Sorry, Im shit with names and it was a little wild last night right?"Erin gets her attention next and she nods "Yeah, Bryan, that's the name I remember now. Cool. Is he here? Should I come back another time? and cool to meet you, don't know what ananasa is or what Fae is but that's cool. " She does move foward but she shakes her head to the offer os smores "I don't do free things but thanks." She does sit down though and reaches down to rub her dirty feet.

" Sten gets a bit of a chuckle though and a shrug of her shoulders "Honestly, I dunno what they do. You'd have to ask others of the tribe. I tend to just stick to myself, stay alone and stay moving. "

Sure, being alone gets old, it does but what you really get tired of is repeating the same thing over and over thinking it will be different and then having lots of people murdered because of you. I don't think she needs help from a warrior, I think she needs help from something more like a philodox. I think her problems are in her head and her heart, not on her trail. And you can't outrun problems like that.
