A simple text comes in from Ambrosia. "Come over tonight. Soon. Alone. Don't tell anyone where you are going. Cab. No car service. Will explain when you are here." Of course, the goth fails to respond to any text message replies for elaboration.

That's generally how Ambrosia is, though she's been fairly active via text, when she wants something it's short and terse. So Wynnona isn't too suspicious of the text. Though the car service bit does cause her to take pause. For a moment she just considers driving herself...then she remembers, no, she doesn't have a permit, nor the knowledge to drive. So, after waiting a uncomfortable amount of time for a taxi, outside the safety of her Castle walls she finally arrives.

She hasn't dressed up, it's the usual relaxed look. The black skirt right above her knees, the sheer see through blouse and black bra, and a leather jacket over it along with black pumps. She's clear of jewelry though her makeup is on point as usual, subtle and enhancing. She pauses at the door, pulls a compact out of her far too expensive handbag and checks herself in it before knocking on the door. Hands go behind her back, clutching the handbag there as she waits, staring ahead. Emotionless.

Ambrosia answers the door and steps aside so Wynnona can enter. The scrawny waif is wearing one of her off-white goth dresses with a pair of dark nylons and black, open-toed heels. She moves to close the door once the redhead has entered. The black-haired woman is not alone, however. Ed is here off to one side of the room when Wynnona arrives and Ambrosia glances her way after she finishes locking the door. "You remember Ed, don't you?"

Ed lifts a hand and smiles, then allows her hand to drop back down once again.

Wynnona slips and just passes Ambrosia, her eyes fall on Ed for a moment and she nods. "Yes, hello Miss." She says and then turns setting her handbag on the nearest surface. She puts her hands back behind her back and flicks her eyes back and forth between Ambrosia and Ed before they settle on Ambrosia. She tilts her head and then takes a breath. "I don't normally take taxi's it was an interesting experience, the man would not stop talking and it smelled of old cigars and dog urine. So, thank you for that." She says and slightly smirks.

Ambrosia lingers by the door and watches with a dead-pan expression as Wynnona exchanges her pleasantries with Ed, sets her handbag down, and then speaks to her about the taxi ride. The goth finally steps away from the door and she moves over to the kitchen area. "I decided that I did not want your staff to track you here if tonight went... bad." A glance to Ed before the dark-haired woman stops in front of the taller Wynnona.

"Do you still want to know what I do for work?"

Ed peels away from her spot on the wall, quietly and efficiently placing herself between Wynnona and the door.

Wynnona tilts her head the other direction and then tracks Ed with her eyes. Flick back to Ambrosia. "Huh. Based on our conversations in the past. I'm guessing something highly illegal? Maybe trafficking..." She up nods at Ed. "Perhaps our friend here is an enforcer? Just in case I'm not down for whatever it is you want from me?" Wynnona folds her arms over her chest and then nods. "We've had a similar conversation to this before and we discussed what I'm willing to do for you. I don't feel anything has changed."

"Illegal wouldn't be the right word... but close. As for what you feel? We'll circle back to that in a few minutes. For now, bring me the kitchen knife in the knife block over there." Ambrosia rests one hand on her scrawny hip and pauses to examine her black nail polish.

"Enforcer isn't all that far off," Ed says with a grin, as she rests her back against the door. "But not the type you're thinking of."

She nods again and turns on spot before heading to the kitchen. She looks around before looking at the knife and reaching out to take it. She takes a moment to tilt it, letting it flash in the light before she returns. The grips the knife by the blade, the flat edge against the inside of her palm, blade out towards the air. She returns to stand in front of Ambrosia and slowly blinks before she holds out the blade handle first. "If you do decide to kill me, set my castle on fire. It'll take some work on account of all the stone..." Wynonna says flatly.

"Kill you? Honey, please..." Ambrosia reaches out and takes the knife with her right hand. "...the knife isn't for YOU." She raises her left hand from her hip and offers Ed a curved smile, "I just 'had' to wear white, didn't I?", and then she is gripping the knife with both hands and suddenly plunging the blade into her chest, between her ribs.

The sound of tearing fabric and flesh is washed out by Ambrosia's cry of agony as the large knife blade penetrates her sternum by several inches.

"You're a dramatic one, aren't you?" Ed says, tone bland and unconcerned. Her eyes move between Ambrosia and Wynnona, watching her reaction.

Her hand twitches as the knife is taken from her and she watches cooly as the knife is gripped in both hands. Wynnona keeps her eyes on the knife as it pierces the flesh and she blinks. Thoughts flash through her head and it becomes a jumble of images and beneath them the soft thrum of muted emotions. Anger is the only true emotion she is capable of expressing. It takes what feels like forever to Wynnona to react but is actually only a couple seconds as she steps forward into Ambrosia's bubble, a arm goes around her back and the larger woman is posed to support her weight.

Her chest starts to burn and she realizes she held her breath, She eyes the fresh blood on white and damn it if a large part of her doesn't enjoy the sight but her eyes flash up to find Ambrosia's. "Why?" She finally manages, there's no crying, or screaming just that robotic face, still she's moving raising a hand to try and remove the blade, but then she remembers. "Leave it in..." She whispers to herself and she looks to Ed then points to her bag with her chin. "My phone is in the purse, call nine one one..." Back to Ambrosia.

"My daddy said I was over-dramatic." Ambrosia offers to Ed before Wynnona is reaching her. "No, Dove. I am certainly NOT going to leave it in." She jerks the knife out of her body with a quick reverse pull and then drops the bloody blade onto the floor. A pained wince, and then the goth is regaining her composure and just standing there with a hole in her chest, inches below her breasts. The wound is bloody on the edges but blood doesn't flow out of it like it should.

"Ewww, Ed, I think I knicked a lung. LOOK at this!" Ambrosia is turning to face the woman by the door and she pulling the fabric of her dress apart so her wound can be more visible. To Wynnona, she says sternly, "Stop doting. No nine-one-one. Come. Stand. And LOOK."

She glances back down at the gaping knife wound and pokes at it with her finger, seeming to be utterly fascinated by it... and then it begins to rapidly knit itself shut. Within seconds there is no wound at all but just the bare, if slightly bloody, skin of her sternum. Ambrosia waits for Wynnona to get a good look before she holds her hand over the tear in her dress. "They couldn't help me anyway. I'm already dead, Wynnona. I died in nineteen eighty-seven."

Ed grins, face distorting as she does so, mask falling away and replaced by her true appearance. "Hey, at least you still look human. I think desiccated corpse crossed with the shark is the best description I've ever come across, when it comes to my face." Long distorted fingers are lifted, the digits wriggling in Wynnona's general direction. "Hello."

Wait...this isn't right. Wynnona takes a step back from Ambrosia then another one, watching as she pulls the knife out and drops it. Her eyes follow it's path to the floor. She pauses to bend down and pick up the knife looking at it's edges and then looking at the wound on Ambrosia and back to the knife. She clutches it in her hand as Ambrosia plays with the wound. Wynnona feels as if she's observing from the outside, she knows she's becoming faint. It's probably shock. She can think about it all logically, in a detached way, but still she can't do anything from her body reacting. Yes in her chest her heart beats faster, she feels cold and clamy and for a moment the room spins. She takes another step back. Her eyes blink. Sounds are muted, covered by the noise of her blood rushing in her ears and she's only mildly aware of Ambrosia still talking and then.

Theres a literal monster waving at her. Wynnona turns away. Quickly and closes her eyes as she takes a couple shaky steps away from them. In all this time she hasn't made a sound. Not a gasp, not a whimper. Just absolutely mute. She finds herself at the couch and collapse into it bent over her own knees breathing fast, hyperventilating. Knife still clutched in the one hand. Finally, soft under her breath. "No. No. No. No. No..." And on and on. A repeating mantra as she feels her remaining sanity slip further away from her.

Ambrosia smiles, curved and wicked, when Ed drops her mask. She glances back toward Wynnona and watches the woman's reaction with no small amount of amusement. When the woman moves toward the sofa, Ambrosia calls over, "Not on the carpet. If you're going to wretch, use the barrel or sink?" She moves around the kitchen counter and finds a glass in one of the cupboards which she begins to fill with water. "Should we give her a moment, Ed? Troy took it like a champ... but he wasn't fucking insane to begin with." She pauses and glances back toward Wynnona before calling over in a fake voice that is forced to sound sweet and sincere, "Wynnona, honey. Come drink some water and I'll tell you all about the world of vampires."

"I also shoved a cup of Vitae under his nose, then gave him a proper Kiss," Ed says with a grin, face splitting nearly in two. That black tongue of hers flicks out, the tip wriggling like a thing possessed. "Don't give her water. Give her a proper drink."

Wynnonas words trail off and then her hands clench knuckles white around the knife. She speaks again, trying to make sense of the world. "You woke up this morning, had to of, you can remember getting up. The sheets where soaked as usual. You had a grapefruit for breakfast. You made your rounds then...then...Did you lay back down for a nap? What did you do? I can't remember." A high pitched giggle, like a childs giggle, like glass breaking. "And then the world flipped upside down and you fell. And it was all bright colors and noise and , and daddy said to go play outside cause the Baron was visiting and we know that's the time to be quiet. Cause if you're loud you don't get to play outside anymore. The court can't know you're there cause then they'll take you away..." Wait whose talking to her. She looks up, and stands automatically as Ambrosia asks her to the kitchen. "Yes mommy. Yes, I don't think I feel well. My tummy hurts. Just don't tell daddy, he'll be so mad..." She says numbly as she takes small stumbling steps towards Ambrosia, shying away from Ed. Wynnona tries to recover, she's fighting the oncoming fugue, Her forehead beads in sweat as she pushes her mind back together desperately. "So mad. Like...like...where am I?" She asks blinking as she steps into the kitchen. "Ambrosia...ok...We can start with that." A long breath as she finds a counter to lean against.

Ambrosia glances back toward Ed at the woman's latter command and her wicked smile widens. The goth holds a finger to her lips, eyes lingering on Ed, signaling for silence when Wynnona appears to lose her collective shit at the couch. The goth sets the glass of water on the island counter and moves around to meet Wynnona at the edge of the kitchen.

"This Baron sounds important but not as important as a Prince. We have one of those, you know. You'll meet him soon enough, Wynnona Booth, but Ed is right. First thing is first." Ambrosia toys with the blood-stained hole on the front of her dress as she stares with ice-blue eyes that lack any spark of life. "It is time I gave you part of my power. Kneel."

Unobtrusively, the apartment's door swings open and a familiar dour looking Russian saunters on in. She's wearing navy canvas waders cuffed over tight laced combat boots. A gray sweater rests beneath the outerwear's straps, tight and quilted. Her nails are painted a tennis-ball green, and her usual sunglasses rest low on the bridge of her nose. She shuts the door softly behind her just in time to hear Ambrosia's command, and perches herself, without greeting, on an adjacent bit of furniture.

This feels...familiar. The cracks in her sanity are smoothed over with duct tape and elmers glue. Maybe it will last a while. She rolls back the last few minutes... She looks down at the knife and then up at Ambrosia, still refusing to let herself look at Ed, she probably can't take that right now...While looking at Ambrosia she sets the knife on the counter and then pushes it out of her reach. "You said...Vampire." She says, it's not a question it's an accusation. She reaches up and slowly and carefully ties her hair back. "Vampire..." A brief return of that childs giggle...Push it back. A long breath and she forces herself to lock her eyes on Ambrosia. "Ok... Ok...Miss Ambrosia..." She clutches the edge of the counter and lowers herself to her kneels, then places palms flat on the floor as she wavers for a moment and the faintness returns. "...Vam...pire..." She whispers.

"Vampire." Ambrosia echoes the word as she watches the redhead kneel in front of her, then she's glancing toward the door as it opens. "Hello, Svetlana. You are just in time." The goth's ice-blue gaze returns to Wynnona and she studies her with a vacant stare while bringing her wrist to her lips. Canine fangs extend into full view and they silently sink into the flesh of her forearm before retracting again and leaving twin holes that immediately begin to bubble with rich, dark red vitae. Ambrosia lowers her wrist in front of Wynnona's face, close enough for her to 'smell' the very thing she may not realize she's been craving since the last time she visited this apartment.

"Drink."

"How could I say no to the invitation?" Sveta wonders as the goth offers her wrist out to Wynnona. She neatly folds her sunglasses and hangs them from the beast of her waders. Otherwise, she stays silent, watching the proceedings from a short distance away.

She glances up as Sveta speaks and blinks..."Oh..." Then her eyes accidentally slip over Ed and she shudders as a tremore of madness rolls through her, she rips her eyes away, back to Ambrosia and watches her bite her wrist then offers it. "No..." She begins and then...before she even knows it... She's latched on. Hands grip her her arm and tighten as she drinks. She swims, stars swirl, goosebumps and a warmth in her core spreading through her. No...this isn't right. It's mad. She knows it, logically, this is a game Ambrosia is playing, it's a trick. But those thoughts are drowned in the moment, they drift to the very bottom of her mind, where it's dark and quiet.

Ed lifts a hand towards Sveta and wriggles her malformed fingers in her general direction, as she grins widely. "Hey." Serova responds with a genial, if subdued, wink.

Ambrosia lets out a hiss as Wynnona first begins to feed from her and then she wills the flow of vitae from the wound. Her other hand moves to sift her fingers through the woman's bright red hair, not quite stroking but not quite grabbing hair either. She remains like that for a long while, unmoving though perhaps growing a bit more pale over time, until she is finally stirring and pulling her arm free. "That is enough."

A low growl when Ambrosia pulls away and she holds tighter for a moment and speeds up her drinking, greedily sucking until Ambrosia speaks. The voice cuts through and she releases her hands and takes a gasping breath. A low keening growl comes from her and her shoulders tremble before she falls back onto her rump and looks up at Ambrosia. She finally speaks coherant words "You shouldn't exist..." She points in the other room in Ed's general direction. "She shouldn't exist. I don't understand Miss Ambrosia."

Ed laughs, then shakes her head. "Wynnona, all sort of shit exists that shouldn't. But here I am. And Ambrosia, and Sveta," she says, crouching down and resting the tips of her elongated fingers on the floor. "Close your eyes. Feel the Vitae flowing through you. Never felt this good before, have you? Ambrosia there. You belong to her now and if you're good, she'll feed you more. Might even give you a little Kiss. Maybe we shouldn't exist, but we do, and now you're part of the club."

Ambrosia falls silent as Ed speaks and she stands and listens, dead eyes still focused on the redhead on the floor in front of her. "Welcome to Clan Malkavian, Wynnona Booth. Now stand up and notify whatever people you need to and let them know that you will not be home this evening or the next. Your education begins now and you will not be leaving this apartment until I say so."

The goth starts to turn toward Ed and Sveta but pauses and glances back to Wynnona, "Also... let me know if you hear any voices in your head that weren't there before. I want to know if they transfer." She doesn't elaborate further but just turns away after that and makes her way over to Ed and Sveta. "I should've just worn a t-shirt... my favorite dress, ruined!"

"And you're getting in the easy way. The established way. There are harder introductions. There are tougher sells." Sveta adds to Ed's commentary, swaying a boot back and forth mid-air. When Ambrosia approaches, Sveta reaches out and runs a finger along the rough new hole in the dress. "She do this? Or did you do something dramatic for big reveal?"

"Clan...Malkavian?" She rolls her neck and reaches up to rub her lips thoughtfully before she nods and slips into the front-room, she slowly moves towards Ed and then skirts around her to reach her purse to extract her cellphone. She pauses. "I can recommend you a good tailor..." She says softly, theres something inside her growing. She rolls her neck again, tightness in her neck before she looks at Ed for a long moment. She forces herself to study the woman and then nods at something. "Sure, sure..." She manages before dropping her eyes again and backing away from her to find a corner to hide in and make her calls. Wynnona stares at her phone for a long moment before dialing and raising it to her ears. She clears her voice and then...

"Timothy, I will be out this evening and the next few nights. Keep security and the landscapers, send everyone else home. Pay will remain the same, but I have no need of them. Let the drivers know to remain on call though..." She listens for a moment. "Yes that's right. Can you check the west wall, I thought...." More orders and directions given...this goes on for a long time...

"I got the urge to be over-dramatic." Ambrosia explains in a quiet little voice that holds the faintest hint of bashfulness. She gives the hole a glance as Sveta touches it, then looks toward Ed, "I wonder if the souls of my victim will transfer to her. I've never known if they exist within the blood or mind." Ed has partially disconnected.

Ed's tongue flicks out past her serrated teeth, followed by a soft hiss as she listens to the string of instructions. "May want to curb some of that," she says, as she straightens up, Mask sliding back into place. "The more directions she has to give, the harder it will be to hide any oddities. Always best if everything runs as it should without any input. Then, you can just step in an take over when you actually need something from the people that work for you. As for you voices, Ambrosia. Not a fucking clue. You're the crazy ones. I just ended up being hit with an ugly stick."

"Or if she'll just get a more mundane taste of our sort, a generic hereditary of retardation." Sveta pouts over at Wynnona and watches her make her calls. "Just because you happen to be one sane Malk doesn't mean she'll get the same grace. How much does she know already? Just basics? Or barely that?"

"More like an ugly telephone pole." Ambrosia says to Ed, tone warm and playful. She follows Sveta's gaze to Wynnona, then, and regards the woman curiously. "She is already a functioning lunatic. We'll see how much worse that gets over time. Barely the basics. Just the 'V' word, no more."
