Chula Vista was the Anarch domain up until a few months ago but after some events that left the position of Baron empty, the city's anarchs have spread out to other areas. The area is still considered territory held by the movement and is generally left alone by both the Sabbat and the Camarilla as it is viewed as a sort of buffer zone between the two factions.
Some of the Anarchs have relocated to the small Nevada town south of Vegas to enjoy the protection of the other, Independent clans such as the Giovanni
