Theme Song It's a Holly Jolly Christmas...

Tinlin bumbles in to Erin's shop. She's left her yellow love bug of a car here for a month or so. Hopefully someone is driving it around. It has a pink heart on the butt of the lovebug, and it used to belong to Vesta. Or some kin, who is no longer in the area. No matter the reason, half the people driving it are illegal drivers. Like her.

Tin comes in with a printed flier. "I found where to get chickens. Someone posted this up on a pole near the Murder. Look, it says chickens and baby chics for sale!" She smiles, "Who wants to go with me?"

Erin is of course in her shop, what kind of a bad boss would she be if she wasn't. She smiles over to Tin "Hey.. ooo I'm in' she smiles, she is getting so round, she needs to lay of the dang twinkies or something.

There being no muggles about, Lorna has Cain with her. She is tinkering inside a Buick, and pops her head up. "Did someone say road trip?"

Cain looks over. "Did someone say they are buying me a chicken dinner?"

Tin waggles the paper for the girls to see, and hands it over to Erin to look at. "It's just outside of town. This farm is called, The Holly Jolly. I think it's also a Christmas Tree farm. But they are advertising chickens. I think we should go while the striking is hot. Road trip, is a definite Lorna. IF, yer boss says we can go, and you don't have to get that buick done asap."

Erin giggles softly "Road trip!" she smiles "The boys can finish unless she's almost done" she looks to Cain "Do not eat the chickens" she warns. She does take the flyer to look at it "I think your right, so road trip then.. We can take the van that way there is more room and we have somewhere to keep the chickens... "

"The boys can handle this." Lorna closes the bonnet and wipes her hands down. "And Cain? No. No eating the chickens. And absolutely not to you coming on the road trip. We do not need a backseat driver. Plus, you can teleport, why do you even need to road trip?" She goes to the cooler and removes a case of soda. "Supplies! And seriously, a van? Van is practical, but not really FUN. Nobody made a cool road trip movie in a sensible van. Except Scooby Doo. And we already established that the talking dog is not coming."

Cain grumbles. "Like that animated animal has a clue." He stands up and slopes off to the apartment above, muttering about four legged discrimination.

Tinlin calls after Cain, "But I did bring you some chicken nuggies." She plops out of one coat pocket a tiny Wendy's container of 4 nuggets. They are small, and sad, but hey, it's cheap.

She looks back to Lorna and Erin, "Lovebug or Van? Do we take a cardboard box? I didn't bring a carrier, because I want to hug them all. But if they poop, maybe we need a box."

Erin sticks her tongue out at Lorna "I was just being logical party pooper" she giggles "you two decide what car to take. I'll go find a box from the storage, and grab some snacks" she heads off to do just that.

There is a little blurring near the bag, and Cain's head pops out of thin air, grabs the bag, and drags it back into nothingness. Lorna sighs. "If you have onion rings in there, he is sleeping at your place tonight." She rubs her hands, and goes to get the keys to the bug. "We worked some magic on this little sweetie. I mean, not literally, we're good enough to use skill, not breaking the laws of physics. I guess Erin better go in the back, something tells me she might appreciate the extra space and being able to stretch out if she needs it. And I got the keys so I call driver on the way there. You kinda might want someone else to drive on the way back. I might need to be chicken wrangler on the way back."

Tinlin grins at Erin, "Lovebug it is! I also love snacks on a road trip. And Sir Kenny gave me 200 dollars to spend on chickens. We'll have to see how many that gets us." She laughs about the onion rings. "Do spirit dogs fart?" She doesn't want to know. "Ok! Shotgun! There's a tiny map on the flier, so we can follow it straight out of town. And I can't wait to see what you've done with the car."

Erin returns with a pretty good size box and it's filled with some chips, candy and you know the needed stuff oh and beef jerky cuz we need some protein right? She smiles "Ok got the box" she smiles.

Lorna laughs. "I have no idea if he needs to fart, and I am sure he does not need to eat. He chooses to. Because he is a horribly furry gremlin." She goes to the bug, opens it, and holds a door open for Erin. "Your chariot awaits, your majesty! We're going to get some HENS, ladies! No idea how much two hundred bucks gets us, but blimey, we're going to find out!"

Tiana climbs into the bug once Erin is settled and buckles in. "We need male hennies too. Because hungry wendigo lupus wolves lost some food out in the forest with the castle disappearing. And if we have baby chics, that become bigger hens, we can set some loose to feed them that they can hunt. Which sounds entirely cruel, and I hate it. But lupus gotta eat." She is already turning around to look to Erin for some candy from the box. "What kind of candy do you got?"

Erin eyes the back and Lorna and Tin then smirks "You will need the crane to get me out from back there but this will be fun" she giggles and easily gets herself in there, the getting in is always easier than getting out. She hmms "I don't know if they will let me but I can help with the forest returning out there.. I can help nature" she comments then ohs as she does get all strapped in and all. She looks and hmms "I have some skittles, Peanut M&Ms and Kit chats for chocolate"

Lorna gets in, and starts the bug. Which purrs. It's had a lot of love and attention. "All right. Let's see that map." She examines the flyer. "Huh. Oh...kay. Let's do this! It's kind of weird driving on this side of the vehicle, but I'm versatile. And don't worry about getting out boss, I can levitate you if needed!" She's a Swiss army knife of weird. She drives out onto the roads, and yells out of the window, "Roooaaaaaadddd Trriippppp!!!!"

Tinlin is reaching for the peanut m&m's and ripping a corner of the bag. She laughs once they zoom out and she offers to share with Erin, by pouring out colored m*m's for her in the back seat. And MAYBE, she offers to toss some in Lorna's mouth. "I heard some chickens lay blue eggs. If we find one, it'll be awesome. But I'm very excited about this. I hope we find some baby chics, because they are soooo cute!"

Erin yays as Tin shares some of the peanut goodness with her and smiles "I've seen that, that would be cool to have blue eggs, that would be neat. Don't think they taste different" she smiles as she cheers "Road trip, we are on a road trip"

Lorna opens her mouth for peanut chocolate delivery. And produces her phone. She lays it on the dashboard, and glances at it. The device comes alive, rapidly scrolling through apps to launch music. "Driver picks playlist! But also takes requests! We're in classic car, off to get some classic chickens, and we've got classic tunes! Old school toad rip!" And the music is, unsurprisingly, classic metal. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Wr9ie2J2690

Tinlin barely makes a toss into Lorna's mouth. Hopefully she moves along with the peanut M&M to catch it. She jives with the tunes while she waves to people randomly when they hit stop signs. "No idea if blue eggs taste different. Always had brown eggs back home, and here it's brown or white."

The map takes them out out of town, and off the city highways, to a side dirt road. Eventually, they get to a road called 'Christmas Tree Rd.' Tinlin points it out, "I think that's it."

Erin bops to the music and smiles "This sounds like fine music to me" she giggles as Tin throws M&M's into Lorna's mouth then ooos as she looks around expecting to see some trees or something soon.

Lorna whoops and turns down the road. She's able to catch M&Ms and drive, but it is probably good that it did not bounce off her nose while she operates a motor vehicle. "All right! Galliformes get!" She drives up to the farm and brings the vehicle to a stop without a screech of brakes, although the situation demanded something of the sort. But the car has been so finely tuned that such things do not occur. Yay mechanics!

Down the road they will see the turn off for a white farm house badly peeling and in need of paint. There's a red barn surrounded by trees, but the back field behind the house is where the Old Christmas Tree Farm now stands. It's dilapildated. And there's no trees back there, other than dead stumps shaved off. Otherwise, it's an expanse of field that is now open and wide. An old pickup truck sits in the driveway. This is farm land, so any other houses are spread far apart.

Erin looks around "This place looks sad, are you sure this is the place?" she chews on her lip a little bit as she tries to look from the back seat.

Tinlin looks at the place and ooohs, "I don't think this place has seen Christmas in a really long time, ladies. Yeah, it's the right address." She glances back to Erin, and then stashes the candy bag on the dashboard for later. The seatbelt comes off, and she is getting out of the car. "Are we going to need to levitate Erin out of the back seat?" She smiles. "You never know what you are going to get! So never judge a book by its cover." Walking around to back, she offers to help Erin squeeze out.

Hearing a car door shut, it alerts Farmer Joe inside the house. He rambles out the screen door and appears to be an old man in his 70's. His back is hunched a bit, and he's in jean coveralls with a plaid red shirt tucked underneath. He walks out onto the front porch to greet them. "Howdy How, strangers!" he whistles between his teeth like he's missing some.

Lorna goes to assist Erin from the back of the vehicle. Levitation is probably not required. Especially when there's a normie standing nearby. "I think this is a chicken rescue mission. This place looks awful. And I gnaw bones, I've SEEN things. I'm a connoseiur of utter shitholes." She turns and bestows a huge smile on the farmer. "Howdy yourself, sir!"

Erin is helped between the two of you from the back seat and she oofs then leans against the car "ooo that got me dizzy" she laughs but she's out at least. She smiles as she looks around and nods to Lorna "I agree" she smiles at the farmer "Hello" she needs a moment to get the sudden rush from behind the car but she will then be fine.

Tinlin holds a hand up to make sure Erin gets her bearings and doesn't fall backwards. "Nice and easy, Momma." She grins, back to the owner of the farm. "Hello, we saw your flier on chickens. If this is the place, do you still have some for sale?"

Farmer Joe, comes down off the porch. "Hot diggety dog, I do. I was hoping someone would take them off my hands." He moves at his own pace, not rushing at all. "Just follow me ladies to the barn when ready." He gives an extra smile to Erin and sees her belly. "I remember when my own wife was preggers. She could still outrun me if I sassed." He gestures to follow to the barn doors. One slider door is already opened.

Lorna chuckles. "Sounds about right. Nothin' got more temper than a lady with a bun in the oven." She winks impishly at Erin. And follows the farmer. "Glad we didn't make the trip for nothing! It'll be good to have some chicks around again. I grew up in a small rural community. Everybody had chicks, or pigs, or goats or something." And, being garou, those animals tended to live in a state of constant terror, but hey, that's life...

Inside the barn is a chicken coop. It's pretty big, considering its inside the barn, and looks stylish with chicken wire running up a length of beams and boards. It's two levels, with screen door, and some hay inside of it. Within they can see some brown, and white, reddish looking chickens. But in an incubator inside, there's baby chics.

Deeper in the barn they can see a black stallion horse (10), it looks like a sure prize winner, and two stalls nearby he's got 2 ponies one white, and one golden (8). Further in the barn one sees a goat, chewing at straw and eyeballing them all (5). It has a small set of horns. And loosely running about the barn is a baby lamb who continually head buts into things as if blind. It bampfs into the stall door. It bamfps into the feed bag. It turns around, and runs for Farmer Joe. It bamfps into his legs. He wobbles.

Erin smiles as she gets her bearings and follows the two of you with a smile "Oh yeah.. We are pretty sturdy, though it's rather nice when men think we are really fragile and do everything for us" she grins as she keeps looking curiously around. She looks over to the chickens and smiles "Oh looks like you have plenty of them" she notices the other animals and smiles "I see horses and goats oh my"

Farmer Joe leans down and gently pushes the wobbly lamb on his way. "Play over there buddy old pal. Pops is busy with the pretty ladies. Go on." He walks over to the chicken coop door and unlatches. "Gotta be careful none run out. How many are you thinking of wanting?"

Tinlin looks ready to go inside the coop and see the baby chics. And she's already counting how many he has. "How many chics are in the incubator, and how much are you selling them for?"

Farmer Joe opens the door for the ladies and scratches at his beard. "About 5 dollars per chic, and the chickens are 10. I can't afford to feed them no more, and getting ready to sell the farm."

The ponies whinny at Erin.

Lorna casts her eye over the animals with a degree of knowledge. She actually knows something of animals, it seems. No surprise, given her upbringing. She's not all bikes and metal. "What happened here? Recession, or just not enough people to keep the place running?" She grins at the little goat antics. "There's not much as adorable as baby goats, is there?" She goes in and kneels down to hold a hand out to the chickens, and goes buk-buk-buk in what is presumed to be a cute way. But to the chicken she is addressing, it is more... "Hello, little friend. Are you treated well here?" Lorna's BASE ANIMAL-PSYCHICS is at least 1

Erin looks thoughtful "I think we have a big enough box for all of them" she tells Tin and then she smiles as she wabbles towards the ponies "Well hello" she steps over to say hello to the ponies.

Tinlin goes inside and grins at Lorna as she's doing the chicken talk thing. "Ohh I want to teach them to sing," she's walking to the incubator where it warms the sleepy baby chics, and she reaches a hand in to pet cute yellow fluff.

Bawk- Bawk.. bawwwk- *chickens are crying and sad*. Lorna may not understand all of it, but it seems like they are grieving the loss of their owner. And it's not Farmer Joe! *Farmer Joe, BAD*!

Farmer Joe closes the chicken screen door with the two women inside of it. Might just be doing it to ensure no chickens escape. But he's chuckling, like he finds it funny, and takes a step back.

Two guys up in the hay loft of the barn suddenly pop up under the hay, like marines. But they are just dirty old farmer sons. One is Timmy, and the other is Denny. And both have shotguns, and aiming them right at ERIN, because she didn't fall for the cute chicken coop trap.

"FUCK! Thats 2 out of 3. FREEZE!" Timmy yells at Erin. Aiming his rifle at her.

Denny flips a switch in his hand. Crazy shit boy, just giggling madly, like he just flipped some switch. The chicken coop is suddenly fired up with electricity, like a cow pen. Zzzt.

Lorna turns her head and narrows her eyes, just as Joe activates the thingy. The chickens are clearly distressed, and now she is too. They locked her in. Well. She is a believer in punishment fitting the crime. She doesn't even rise. She just reaches out in a worryingly Darth Vader like manner, makes a grasping gesture, followed by a sharp YANK! And picks up Farmer Joe... and drags him hard into the newly electrified fence...

The animals in the barn freak out when the yelling starts. The horse and ponies are stamping hoofs, and the goat baaaaaahs as if upset. The blind lamb runs in wide circles, not knowing which way to go!

This is why you don't seperate the group. Erin jumps and looks like she might run but then there are what 2 rifles pointed at her and she knows better as she bites her lip "Please don't hurt us!" she does the whole pleading thing as she looks over as the chicken coop is fired up "Let them go Erin pleads or at least she tries too" By the way Kringer is in the dreaming and is getting ready to come in. He is house cat size.

Farmer Joe meets the highly electrocuted chicken wire walls with his FACE, and makes contact when yanked. His face begins to fry up and sizzle, and the squares on his skin look horrendous as it begins to slough. He's yelling, and when yelling in pain you don't think. His hands try to push away, but he hits the cage, and then begins to fry his hands up! "AHhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!"

Tinlin looks up completely unaware of what is going on as she hears male voices yelling at Erin. She sees the trickery foo of the farmer, locking her and Lorna in the cage. And she immediately pulls her cell phone out of her purse. She attempts to hit the emergency dial for help, but there's - no service-. But then she's jumping back a step when Farmer Joe is Darth Vadered into the cage to get his face fried off. "F... oh my oh my, Erin. Be careful." She's so worried about her and the baby. "Don't hurt her!" She yells up at the guys in the loft.

Denny is coming down with his rifle and half sliding down a ladder as he's pointing his gun at the cage. "For the FATHER!" He's pissed when Joe gets pulled in like a captive fish fry on a Friday night. "There's a witch in the cage! Someone is a goddamnmotherfucking witch!"

Timmy has his rifle on Erin, "Which is the witch?"

Denny yells, "I don't know which is the which. Why don't you pick which is witch, and shoot the witch!"

Timmy growls, "Just shoot the witchiest looking witch! And be done with it."

Denny points at Tinlin. He points at Lorna. "Put Pops down or I kill you both as witches."

Timmy up above says, 'What if the preggers one is the WITCH!?"

Lorna sees the man she just yanked start to become a serious contender for Freddy Kruger cosplay, it hits her that this was a LOT worse than she expected. She was used to electric fences that went ZAP but did not fry - because her family were *kind* to their animals. This was beyond expectations. So she turns her head away and promptly starts losing her breakfast all over the floor, M&Ms and all.

Erin keeps her hands where they can see her and she starts to mumble a little bit as she takes a step back as Timmy seems conflicted. From behind Denny a cat suddently appears and jumps him going to claw the shit out of him or at least get him to point the gun in another direction.

The second that Lorna loses her coool power grasp, Farmer Joe starts to slide off the chicken wire, and drops to the ground. When he breaks contact, his face is just sizzling burnt crisp flesh. He's knocked out, and thumps right to the barn floor.

Denny was about to check on Farmer Joe, but then is attacked by a cat suddenly on his back! He gets clawed at and the two begin to fight. Can't shoot something this close range, with a rifle!

Timmy didn't even see the cat coming! "What the FUCK!" He swings his rifle, since Joe dropped, and the witches let them go. He swings the rifle at Erin, keeping it on her, but he can't do shit for the cat on his brother. "Get it off!"

Lorna wipes her mouth, and turns her head. Did he... did he just point a loaded weapon at a pregnant woman? Oh, HELL no! She rolls her eyes back in her head, exposing the whites and looking seriously creepy. At which point Timmy throws his gun across the barn, and instead decides to throw himself bodily off the loft after it to land on Denny. Just to add to the problem of having a really pissed off chimera trying to burrow through to his spine.

Tinlin steps back further with the chickens hurdling in the corner of the coop away from the fencing. There's blood spraying on Denny's back from the cat attacking with its claws, and she's ducking to miss droplet sprays!

THUNK! The two brothers go down with the cat. It's a scrambling war.

Tinlin yells at Erin, "RUN!"

Erin has been charging something up when Timmy comes to jump on his brother, she looks over to Lorna as she remembers something then she moves still muttering keeping that up as she goes to look for the switch to turn off the power. "I'm not going to leave without the two of you" she scoofs!

Denny tries to punch the cat, balling up a fist, and then swings the back end of the rifle at him. It either hits Timmy, or the cat, but it's comical now who is hitting who. It's a MESS!

Lorna calls out "Boss! You are NOT climbing ladders in your condition, what the hell!" And with that, she vanishes.

Poof!

Gone!

There is a click as the switch in the loft is deactivated, and Lorna looks down from next to it. "Like I could face everybody if you fell and stuff! Sten would skin me alive! Like, we probably shouldn't even tell him? Right?"

Timmy punches Denny's lights out. He's bleeding all over the barn floor. Denny is also chewed on by Kringer, and with one guy left... looks like Kringer still has a job to do!

Tiana hears the cage unfire, and then she's digging in her purse for a credit card, to flip up the latch. The metal IS hot! And she melts the plastic. "I might need some help. Don't touch the outside! It's stupid hot."

Bawk-kok! Bawk. Bawk. The chickens are excitable still.

Erin was climbing when Lorna totally jumped up there and she sticks her tongue up at her "I would have gotten it" she huffs then comes down and heads to help Tiana out. She uses that power that she was harnesting and extends her hand to the door and suddently there is a chill in the air and the door becomes pretty darn white and then it crumbles, there now all the chickens can escape. She steps back and offers her hand to Tin "Come on" She looks towards the bad guys, they are out but not dead.. She guestures "We need to call someone about this cuz they will need to clean it up.. Lorna go with Tin to make the call.. I'll tie these guys up" Kringer is making sure that no one is moving as Erin works on the ensare for the men. Wow bossy.

Lorna suspects that there no real need to lay another smack down. Krinjer seems to be doing a very good job. She climbs back down the ladder, and moves to hush the stallion, who is probably making the noise the most, which will feed to the others. She cicks and whinnies, and generally manages to convey quietness. And turns to add "You think we should wipe their memories of us being here?"

Tiana steps out with Erin's help, and leaves the chicken coop cage. She doesn't want to leave the baby chics behind, so she picks up the entire warmer carrier, and it looks bulky. "We need to call for help and someone else can decide about memories. Help me get this into the car?" Hopefully, Lorna can talk the chickens into coming home with them.

Tiana side steps the bloody mess on the barn floor, and pauses as she looks at the side of the barn door slid open. One was already open when they came in, but something black was spraypainted on the one half hidden, and slid over. "What.. is that?" She points the spraypaint out on the door, to Lorna.

Lorna goes to help Tiana with the chickens, but she does take some time to explain to the chickens they are being taken to a good place, where they will be safe and happy, which undoubtedly helps. They're chickens. They're not difficult to explain the concept of leave bad place, go happy place. But as she assists with loading the car, she looks at the spraypaint.

Erin looks to Tiana "Leave the chicks in here for now, wait till someone comes and makes sure they are safe. I know they are cute and we want to rescue them but who knows what they have done to them so let's wait till the others get here, check them out and then we can take them if they are safe" she nodsnods then turns to see what Tiana is pointing out at.

When Lorna investigates the spraypaint on the barn door, and if she slides it a touch more to see the full sigil? It is a symbol all in black, for the BLACK SPIRAL.

Tiana looks at Erin and does exactly as she says. The cute babies are put down on the barn floor, and they chirp back. The chickens start to leave the coop and are now gathering around Lorna. They love her.

Lorna leads the hen things to the car, buk-buk-bukking and generally being reassuring. But when she sees the sprayed symbol, she groans. "Aw, HELL! Seriously? SERIOUSLY???" She nudges a fat hen into the car gently. And clucks "everybody hop into the box, it is safer there, you won't get jolted about as we go to the happy place." She sighs. "Someone else better make the call, I don't really know enough people to talk to about this. Hell, I am not even sure Irsa HAS a phone."

Erin sighs at Lorna "Don't put the animals in the car yet till we make sure they are safe, bring the box and put them in there now if you want but keep everyone here" she knows that sign all too well and she nods to Lorna "She has a phone, do you want to call her? Call who you need" she looks over to make sure the men are still all ensnared in the hay they aren't going anywhere and Kringer is watching over them.

Tiana looks at the symbol on the barn door and snaps a photo of it. She then does a little slide, to step out of the barn itself and checks for service. "I got 1 bar out here! This is outside forest jurisdiction. We need the BG's. But, only one I know who hangs with them is Snax lady." She doesn' use names here in case the farmer boys are coherent. They don't look it. But she places the call to Pandora, and sends the video of the barn door, spraypainted in the dark BLACK SPIRAL symbol. "I don't think we want to stay here. I think we get the hell out of here, and let you know rooo handle it. Especially in Erin's condition, this isn't good." She's ringing Pandora up.

The little blind lamb follows the bawking chickens like 'follow the leader'. This means, he's attached to Lorna now too. And at some point, the goat leaped out of her pen, and is now tromping out to follow Lorna to the car. "Bahhh"

Lorna grunts, and carefully boxes the hens up outside the car. She tries to explain to them the situation, that someone is going to look and see they are all well and healthy. It's a tough concept, but she manages to get it across. And then she goes back inside, and tries to calm down the other animals. And adds, mournfully. "Guess we know why that baby goat is blind. Probably got corrupted, poor little mite. I really HATE these guys." She glowers at the unconscious men, and while she is still looking a bit nauseous, she does take time to kick one of them. And as the goat follows, she looks down at it and baaaaaaas back. "I kind of promised the goat we'd get her somewhere safe, too. And the horses - we can't leave anything here. If it is all clean from taint. I reckon that there's space for them. Goat would probably do pretty well at the mall, and a source of fresh, clean milk would be really good for the homeless we get there."

You paged Pandora with 'she texts the address, for Holly Jolly Xmas Tree farm, off Christmas Tree road, its out in farmville outside the city.'

You paged Pandora with 'she sends her a flurry of pictures of 3 guys tied up inside some old barn. 1 might be dead by the looks of him, and 2 sort of alive but clawed and beaten up.'

Erin gives a sage nod "I am all for rescuing the critters, just want to make sure they are all clean before we take them home. you never know with these guys what they have done or planted.. And I can't tell so.." she nods to Tin "I need to be able to watch in case they come too and get lose so I can keep them in wraps, but we can wait by the door" she blows some air.

Tiana encourages Erin to step outside for fresh air. "Get away from the taint inside the barn then. Stand just outside in the fresh air. You don't want any of that near your baby either." She's trying to wait for the signal to go and then it is finally ringing.

Timmy and Denny are knocked out, and still bleeding where Kringer clawed them up. They are both bruised from fighting one another, and Farmer Joe just looks fried in the face with chicken wire forever burned into his flesh. He looks like he might be /dead/.

Lorna manages to calm the animals down so they are not raising a stink any more. She comes outside herself, and shudders. "I feel like I want a Silkwood shower. No wonder this place looks this way. The whole farm probably needs scrubbing clean. I am really glad we came, don't get me wrong, but when I see people doing this stuff with animals, I see red. Like I want to put something in their brains to scare the crap out of them the rest of their lives." She pauses. "But I never would. That's the difference between them and us." Pandora comes hurrying along, like as fast and furious as her legs will allow. She shifted when she could to gain some time, but when she comes up, it's on homid feet. She's out of breath, charging along at full speed.

Erin nods to Tin and smiles at her "your right though I think this whole place is tainted but i'll stand outside" she moves away to go stand outside in the hopefully fresh air. She does find a spot where she can watch the men. There is a glance around for a moment before she looks back and looks to Lorna "I am sure we will find homes for all of them and if not I can reach contact with some of the clients from the vet office that have farms but they will be safe once they get all clean and we get clean" she finally asks "Are you two ok? I mean really ok?"

Tiana announces, "It looks like she got the message..."

AND SOME TIME LATER, when they've been waiting awhile outside... it's Tin who walks down from the barn to greet Pandora. Their yellow love bug of a car is in the driveway, and so is Farmer Joe's pick up truck.

The old farmhouse here is white with chipped paint. The christmas tree farm out back is shaved, with dead tree stumps. Long gone, and just dead looking. The path up to the barn is where Lorna and Erin are. There's already a box of chickens on the ground, and the barn doors are open. "It's a spiral trap," she tells Pan. "They tried to get us in the chicken coop to look at the pretty chics, and close the door behind us, but Erin didn't go in. And then they electrocuted the entire cage, so we couldn't escape... it just went bad for them after that. WE kidknapped them back."

Cluck Cluck. Baw'kok. The chickens talk to Pandora when she arrives.

Lorna gives a weak smile. "Aye, I'm canny. I didn't really expect the fence to fry him up that badly. You know I am not good with anything gruesome. I can't watch horror movies. Always gets me right in the stomach. I know what they were doing and how much danger we were in, but the fact that I did that to someone... going to have a few nightmares, I expect. I'm just glad we stopped them, though. It had to be done."

Pandora's brow arches as things are explained and she looks toward the barn and then over at Tinlin, then around at the others. She starts to say something, then leans over, her hands on her knees to continue trying to catch her breath. "But.. everything's okay? Spirals dead?"

Erin gives a weak smile to Pandora and nods "We are all fine they didn't lay a finger on any of us... One might be, the other two i'm not so sure. I didn't touch them. Kringer is making sure they don't move, but they are rather entangled right now with the hay. They aren't going anywhere." she says softly.

Tinlin points to the barn floor where Erin is talking about. "Not one of them shifted. Will you please go and see?" The barn door interior on one side, does have that sigil spray painted, just like she sent on her cell phone. "We also didn't go in the farmer's house." She points out Farmer Joe, with his face fried. He looks dead, and sure enough, yeah he's just... about... dead. The other two, are hanging on barely. Beat up pretty bad. You paged Pandora with 'all wyrm kinfolk'

<OOC> Pandora will sense wyrm once she goes inside.

Lorna scratches her chin. "I suppose we SHOULD check the house. I think it is pretty certain there's nobody in there, or they'd have come to join the party. But it could be trapped. And gaia knows what sort of horrors are in there. We're in serious Bender territory here. I think if they were able to shift, they would have done... which means somewhere, not too far off, we've got a proper Nest. It's all getting a bit out of my league then." Which is possibly true, or not. She did a fairly comprehensive job on the three farmhands.

There's wyrm sign inside the barn. Taint. There's wyrm sign on the Farmer, bleeding off of him, and his two sons.

Pandora nods as she steps forward, pausing to move a little more cautiously, forcing herself to catch her breath a little faster. It ends up in a little bit of a hiccup for a moment before she gets it all stable. Then she steps in the barn and takes a deep breath and wrinkles her nose. She isn't much of a drama queen, but she has a couple of things to say to the guys who are tied up. "You fucked with the wrong people," she mutters. "Hate it for you. But you cast your lot in life and now here we are. May Gaia receive you on the other side." And then she shifts to quickly and efficiently end the two that are still alive.

Erin looks to the house and gives a shutter "I don't know, if i remember from my encounter the last time of a farm house, there probably dead bodies in there.. But I am sure all will be taken care of" she looks around and then to PAndora as she shifts Erin knows what's coming and turns looking away.

Tinlin also looks away if there's killing going on in there. "Better them dead than us." She listens to what Erin says and glances to the house. "How many other people have they captured in their chicken advertisement scheme?" The question lingers, espeically when Erin mentions maybe more dead people in the house. "This is where there's a fine line between garou, and those of us who are nae garou. If there's corpses in the house, I'm staying outside. Any words of encouragement anyone needs to investigate? I'll give all the words, but going in, and sniffin' dead? Hello no." She was here for the cute animals anyway. "But I will get a shovel if needed. Big difference. Creepy house? Creepy outside shovel. I call the shovel."

Lorna winces "Taken care of... has such a finality to it..." and even though she is outside, it is hard to NOT hear the sound of someone dispatching a couple of people. ANd so she gags "Oh, hell. Sorry!" and she runs around the side of the barn to dry heave. There's nothing left to come up anyway, but still, she cannot help it. It's so damn gruesome, and her stomach is NOT happy.

Pandora comes back out in homid, wiping her hands on her jeans. "I'll go in," she says, having JUST heard Tinlin. "I'd like backup though, if that's possible. Just in case." But she is already heading toward the house. Backup or not, she heads toward the house, shifting into her crinos form to do so. Senses are much better there.

Erin looks gags just for a moment because after all she is pregnant but she manages to keep it all down. She looks to Tin and then to Pandora and guestures to Kringer "Go with her. I will be right behind you guys" Kringer hurries up to follow Pandora cute the house cat is coming as backup. Erin does take something from Kringer pulling out a sword as she starts to follow the two.

Lorna is barfing. Erin is pregnant. I guess that means Tinlin is going to back up Pandora. Not going to say no to the very brave garou Gazer. But she does stop at the car to pick up a crowbar shoved under the seat, before following Pan inside the creepy farmer's house. Oh just a SPIRAL house. Sure...

Tin is quiet and playing backup. Following Kringer. Because, Chimerical Cat is braver than anyone.

Lorna returns from the side of the barn, looking shaky, but she is not going to let people do this without her. As they come, she says, with forced levity, "You keep a sword inside your cat. Because of course you do. Where else?

Pandora pauses and looks at her Entourage and shakes her head. "Tin, you stay. Erin.. like.. no. Me and the cat got this." She looks down at Kringer and sighs quietly, then nods to Lorna. "You got this, chica. Come on. I'll do the gross shit."

Tinlin chuckles at Erin, and the swird in the cat comment. "I love this wackiness." She is kinda relieved to stay outside with the crowbar. "I'll protect the baby." Meaning baby, inside Erin. "I'm too squishy for House of 1000 Corpses."

Erin was so ready but nods "Ok" she doesn't argue she knows that it be a bad idea but well backup right. She does stay prepare and then looks to Kringer "Keep them safe" she then nods to Tin as now they wait outside. Erin is definately looking around so nothing pops out at them.

Lorna takes a few deep breaths, and follows behind Pandora. Because Lorna is a BRAVE horribly nauseated lightweight. And no way would she let someone go in there alone, and Erin is brave and determined and VERY pregnant, so she just has to accept she is not being exposed to a festering pit of wyrm oozings. Lorna is prepared to do horrible things with her mind, even if her guts are being horrible.

The very first thing you see inside is the craziest shit. The stench is horrific like stale meat. Upon the wooden dining room table is a stretched out fur belonging to a dark spiral. It has no body. It has no nothing inside of it. But it's tacked down with pins as if it were 'drying'. It's quite possible, if you make a lot of noise the fur will ripple a bit as if somewhat /alive/. (10) This is some very dark shit on that table. And in the four chairs sitting around it, are the original FARMER JOE AND HIS WIFE (8), stuffed and dead to look like mummies.

If you look in the living room area, it looks like one of the farmer's sons is rotting on the couch, holding a gameboy in his right hand. A dagger is in his right eyeball (5).

In the kitchen, you hear a soft wail coming from inside the oven (-1). Does one dare to look?

Pandora walks in bravely, but slowly, taking one step at a time, looking every which way. She doesn't tell Lorna NOT to come with her, though. She just trudges forward. She LOOKS at everything, making sure it's dead. She stops at the fur. "That needs to be destroyed," she mutters and then moves on, making her way slowly toward the kitchen, zeroing in on that sound

Erin looks to Tin, but she is still looking around just in case someone that might have gone to lunch returns.

Kringer stays right behind Pandora watching over her as she heads into the kitchen.

Tinlin is watching the road outside too. "No spirals better drive up that road while we're standing here," she whispers.

Lorna walks around as if she is walking on red hot pins. "Oh my god this is not happening nope this is all a cheese dream. Bugger. Nope. Blimey..." She comes to the kitchen then waves a hand. "Don't get close. Let me." She crooks a finger, and the door of the oven opens with an ominous and entirely cliched squeeeeaaakkkk...

Pandora is READY. She's in her crinos form, but she lets Lorna get ahead of her. She doesn't have much to say right now, but she came second, so she lets Lorna take the lead.

It's entirely creepy what human beings are capable of. When the oven door opens with that creek, they will see a pie pan inside the oven. The kinda dish that a big pie could be made into, and into the dough of the uncooked pie, is a mix sniff of superglue and dough. Someone, SUPERGLUED a young cat into a pie. They see the head and pointed ears stuck out of the cracked dough, and one foot pops up and maybe a tip of a tail. It's a HUGE hunk of glue dough keeping that animal down for the count, but it also appears to be blinded. The cat's eyes look white. It mewls like its been in there a long, long time.

"Cat pie cat pie cat pie oh fuckit cat pie!" Lorna gags again and backs off, which is bad as she bumps into a counter, which makes her turn and yell. And she then gets herself under control. "I think... just. No. Poor thing. It's not coming back from this. I think..." she drags her finger across her throat. "i hate these guys. REALLY hate." She looks around and shudders. "This is awful, but at least these poor sods are dead. Upstairs?" She suggests

Kringer just stares at the poor cat and looks to Pandora as his job is to protect them so he takes his lead from her.

Pandora reaches out for Lorna's hand once she gets a little bit of control over herself and she nods. "Head up. I'll join you shortly, okay?" She glances over at the cat pie and frowns. Thankfully, she can't frenzy. Or she absolutely would. "Go with her, Kringer," she says, her voice level and even and just a little sad

If Kringer had emotions he doesn't seem to be showing them actually he does give a growl but follows Lorna.

Tinlin can hear 'cat pie' all the way from outside. She peers back at the porch door, but then moves to maneuver herself off the porch itself. "Ok how about we not stand next to the tainted house of cat pie. I don't even want to know what that means."

Lorna nods in acknowledgement and tries to take a deep breath while at the same time NOT inhaling at all in this house of horrors. She makes her way upstairs, for once very glad that Kringer is there. She whispers as they go "Glad you are here, mate. You're a lot more use than that cowardy custard of a dog." She starts to check the place, one room at a time, expecting horrors any moment. It is not good. At all. But compared to downstairs, it is paradise. Except the bathroom. The bathroom is a horror story. Not wyrm... just hideous hygeine. It is not as bad as the horrible cadavers, but it IS the sort of thing that would turn any stomach. She ends up looking in the grimy mirror and saying to herself, "You never got this at home. I always thought my uncle was an asshole, but if he was doing this all the time, I got all new respect for him. And I am talking to myself. In a house full of wyrm-tainted cadavers. Because this is my life now. This is fun." She turns, and comes back down the stairs. "Nothing to report, other than the fact that our dead friends out there had MAJOR problems with a flush system. What do we do? Set the place on fire is kind of high on my list."

Pandora stays behind and waits for Lorna to get up the stairs, then she crouches, shifting back to her homid form as she looks at the cat. "Poor thing," she murmurs quietly. "May Gaia receive you on the other side and give you all the scritches." She takes a deep breath and puts her hand over the cat's head, then shifts, one massive claw going through its ear, into its brain to make things as quick as possible before she rises and hurries up the stairs after Lorna again

Kringer stays close to Pandora and does head bump her when she tells him that she is glad he is here. But he keeps looking around and then they are coming back down the stairs. to meet up with PAndora.

Erin does move away with Tin "you ok?" she doesn't seem that squimish apperently she's seen enough shit not that it isn't disturbing and smelly and won't make her puke but she's trying not to think about it nope nope.

Tinlin gives a little nod to Erin, "Yeah. I'm not used to seeing a lot of action like this. I still want to rescue the animals here, and get them someplace safe. Torey has an animal reserve, but if the Gnawers can take some of them, it might be best if they can use milk, or like Lorna said. My place isn't exactly built for horses and ponies."

Lorna looks around the house again. "I think we're clear of..." then something occurs to her. "Ah, hell. There could be god knows anything hanging around, spirits and things. And in the Shadowlands. Might need to do a proper old fashioned exorcism, you reckon? I can take a look if you like." She sounds very reluctant, but willing if it happens to be required.

"This might be over my head. The spiritual stuff, I mean. I think we should stay on this side, look, see what we see, then find an adult or two. We've secured the area. Let's cleanse it and then head out. I think that's best."

Erin puts a hand on Tin and nods "I understand, these are never easy.." she looks around then sighs a little bit "Hopefully we can get the animals out of here and somewhere safe" she turns to see if the house group has come out yet.

Tinlin hmms, "Yeah. I'm thankful that Pan was available to come. She's less exciteable than some of the other male bulldozers. In this situation, I think calmer heads prevail. Plus, girl power. I'm all for that lately." she turns to look at the house too.

Lorna nods. "Is there any way I can help with cleansing? I am afraid I am not able to channel gnosis, so not sure I'd be anything other than in the way. And when we are done here, we need to seriously scrub ourselves with bleach. These people are just so fucked up."

Pandora shakes her head. "No, not really. But thank you for the offer. I've got this. I need everyone to go into the barn. I'll cleanse that and you guys inside of it, then we can take a peek and look and see what's going on on the other side and go from there."

Erin looks as they return and smiles "You guys ok?" she pets the cat who meows at her and she sighs "I'm sorry buddy" she gives him some petting and then follows everyone back to the barn "I told them that we should make sure the critters are safe never know what they might have done to them" she suggest

Lorna nods, and steps outside with relief. She takes a big lungfull of air, and closes her eyes to calm her nerves. Then she starts to herd chickens and things back into the barn "Pandora says we should go into the barn. Then she can cleanes it and us with it. And trust me, you did not want to go in there. I can't unsee that stuff. I... I am going to be spending a fortune on therapy."

Tinlin follows the others along back to the barn. She herds the blind lamb who really doesn't need herding. He follows Lorna like she's a beacon of light. The bigger female goat, well, that takes a bit of herding, and then the goat is following Lorna because EVERYONE else is. At least the baby chics in the warmer was left on the barn floor. "Right, we don't want to take sick animals back to our homes and spread taint. I understand." She looks over to Lorna, "You saved us. I think you did a fine job on being a heroine today."

Pandora doesn't have much to say. This is a horrible situation and she's the only goddamn Garou involved. THAT makes her nervous. She's a ragabash, afterall. Not exactly a leader or a decision maker, but she also isn't stupid. So she takes on this role for the moment. She pushes ahead of the others into the barn and takes a quick look around and then steps back out and lets thema ll go in

Lorna sits on the barn floor to cluck at the hens and baa at the goats and generally keep them interested so they do not stray. She keeps her back firmly towards the bodies. "I'd feel a lot better about that if I hadn't killed someone. I've never done that before. It's not sitting well. I mean, I know he was lost, a wyrm-filled monster, but... I still killed him. And I didn't mean to. But thank you. I'll never let anything happen to my friends if I possibly can."

Erin looks to Pandora "looks pretty clear unless someone left and will be back later, but who knows" she tells her. She is quiet but is trying to be encouraging. She'll burst into tears later.

Tiana nods to Pandora, offering her strength as she is walking over near Lorna now. She reaches an arm around her shoulders and squats down at her side. "Gaia needed you today to be stronger than a normal human. It's why you are who you are. Amazing and bright. Don't doubt yourself, as you are exactly who you were meant to be. And if it's a killer to save innocent people, then so be it. Even when we dream, such wonderful things, there are times to battle Nightmares." She looks over at Erin. "You'll feel better once the taint is lifted."

There will be time for comfort later. For now, Pandora motions Erin back into the barn and she gets her things together and pushes the door mostly closed, but not all the way. That'd be just mean. But it creates a smaller space that she has to circle. Once done, she shifts and starts to sprinkle water and shake her lit willow and howl and growl and make all sorts of a fuss outside as the taint starts to flee

Lorna looks at Tiana with sad eyes. And nods. "I know. You're right. So right! Gaia didn't send me all these abilities just so I could do party tricks. I need to be using them to protect the world. I just never killed anybody before. I know they say the first time is the hardest." She ruffles a chicken absently. She looks up to Erin. "You going to be okay, boss? This didn't really turn out to be the road trip I expected."

Erin is quiet. She knows this rite all too well, way to well. She looks over to Tiana as she goes to Lorna but Pandora is right comfort later the better they clean and leave the best because you never know if someone might show up that is worse then these people. She does quietly reach out to hold Lorna's hand. She nods 'I am fine.. More worried about you guys " she gives her a smile.

Tiana looks to be fine for now. Once Pandora finishes the rite, she can feel the air lifting, and the opressiveness of the inner barn just falling away. "It surprises me every time I'm part of a cleansing ritual. You never realize when things feel so thick and heavy, because you shrug it off. I feel so much better now." She'll wait for Pandora to return to them. "Do we need shovels? Matches? Or should we load the animals that will fit in the car, that we can take?"

Pandora shifts back to her homid form and pulls the door open. She looks burned out. "Load up what we can take. I need to chill out. I'll walk back." She moves over to Lorna and lays a hand on each shoulder. "Good job today. I know it's hard. It's never ever fun, but you did what you had to do and you can't expect more or less from yourself than what you're capable of. You fought through your own doubt and you took care of those around you. Gaia will look favorably upon you."

Lorna gives a brave smile. "I'll bounce back. Gaia wouldn't give me more than I can handle, after all. And sorry about the whole... barf thing. I really don't handle gross stuff too well, especially if I am the one doing it." She looks up at Pandora, then nods. "Thank you. I appreciate it. Everyone, I do. And it does feel better to get the taint off. We did a lot of good things. But... that poor cat. I hate these guys. Spirals can all get bent." She rises. "We should get all the animals away, even if we just take the horses out to Stonecreek and the like. Do we know anybody with a horsebox?"

Erin nodsnods to PAndora and gives Lorna a hug "You drive the bug. I am going to get the truck" she looks to Pandora "I'll come get you.. Just give me a moment or two and hmm what are we doing do I need to bring something? Specially with the shit in the house?" she asks.

Tinlin tells Lorna, "Reno told me that Ben Godwynn, Eikpyrnir'rhya has a farm with a few horses. Maybe take them there?" She looks over at Erin, "Was the truck cleaned with the barn?" She's super protective of Erin and her baby right now. The question goes to Pandora. "I can take the lamb and the chickens for now. The goat is a bit big for the car. Maybe if we can squeeze her in the back seat? It is a lovebug. How many animals can we fit?" Now she's considering the truck. "I can ride the horse back, and lead the other two ponies behind me. Whatever you think is best. But I do know how to ride."

Pandora shakes her head a little. "Just get them out of here to some place they can be held. Then we can ask permission to bring them rather than just showing up. Yes, they could say no, but it's a hell of a lot harder to say no when the thing is right there. Worst case, there are rescues - like normal rescues - that will take them."

Erin looks to Tin and blinks "No I was thinking of a truck back at the shop actually.. you know blink there blink back" she mentions then nods "Ben and his mate do have a barn. I got his number if someone wants to call him. I better not" She looks to Pandora and nods "What she said.. I have a big enough place" she finally mentions looking at all the animals..."

Lorna considers the options. "Okay. I can ask the animals to be good and I am pretty sure it will be okay. The chickens and the goat should be okay in the bug, I can tell the goat to keep still if I have to. I'll ask. But if I have to, I can just control it. And she'll be good at the mall, I can look after her, and the rest of the tribe will be pretty grateful for the milk. Might need to leave the lamb with the goat though in case she isn't weaned yet. I'll let you guys decide the best way to transport the horses. I'll go explain it all." She moves to talk to the horses and the goat. It's a bit odd to see someone neigh and nicker and bleat, but after the stuff Lorna has done today, this is the least scary power she has manifested."

Tinlin ahs to Erin, and nods. "Right. I got you now." She follows behind Lorna to take the saddle and tack off the wall stall. And then she's ready to saddle the stallion and link up the ponies, once they are calm and Lorna becomes Dr. Doo Little. "I'll call Torey and see if she can take the horses. If not, I'll call Eikyprnir'rhya. Sounds like a divide and conquer mission for the animals. WE got this ladies." She glances to Pandora. "You going to be okay?"

Erin looks a little confused "Do you not want me to go get the truck to put them all in.. Ok " she holds her hands up "What are we doing?" she finally asks.

Pandora nods once everything is settled. "I'll be fine. I just need to go meditate. Tell me how I can help you all and then once you're gone, I'm going to the caern to meditate." She's just a baby and she's a Ragabash. She isn't meant for all this hard spirit work!

Lorna does more animal noises. "Okay... Erin, get the truck. The horses want to leave but they're not really happy about having to walk a few miles through the middle of a city to do it. Way too easy for people to see them, and that'll leave a huge trail that the stupidest Spiral in the world could follow right to our home. Get the truck, much safer and faster way to do it." She nods to Pandora. "Thank you. Very glad you came." And with that, she gets to putting the animals into the bug.

Tinlin looks between Erin and Lorna, "OH, you have one of those box trucks? I thought you meant pick up truck. I didn't know you meant a truck big enough to put horses in. Yes, definitely, if you have that. I wasn't eager to play Rick from Walking Dead in the city with rising a horse, and dragging two ponies behind me. Oh hello no. But I can get them started down the road at least, if you blink and out, but I won't take them in the city." She eyes Lorna. "I'll ride back with Erin if you take everything else in the bug. And if you are both okay with it, I'll call Torey first while we're all on route, see if she'll take them."

Erin doesn't wait to be told twice and then poof she is gone just like that.. Kringer stayed so means she will return after all.. It takes about 5 whole minutes before poof Erin is back this time she has a moving van type of truck "Ok was the only thing in the shop that would hold the horses and other animals" She looks around "So ok.. They are not going to be happy so let's jump back to my house. I'll " she winces "Get the bug first then the truck and we can then call people how about that.. gives the animals in one place and easier to transfer and we are away from here" She looks to PAndora "Want a ride?"

Pandora shakes her head. "No thank you. I'll just head back to the caern. Gives me a chance to recover a little bit. YOu ladies got this. I'll make sure that someone knows what happened and where this is. But... why aren't you driving? That really does make more sense."

Lorna lifts a finger then laughs, sheepishly. Or possibly chicken, goat, and horseily. "Um, yeah. Why were we worrying so much about driving back when Erin does this amazing portal thing? I feel like a total dumbwit now. Anyway, bug is loaded. Jump back to the garage, then I can drive to drop the chicks off wherevere Tiana wants them. Serious time saver! Sort of less of a road trip, but after today, I'll be glad not to wrestle too much traffic getting home."

Tiana doesn't mention all the wonderful Fae magic going on. But it's definitely all there, when Erin does her special mojo. "See, you work with Erin at the shop, and see this stuff a whole lot more than I do. I didn't know this is exactly what she meant. But I'm wholeheartedly approving." She motions a nod for Pandora. "We're doing what Erin is graciously doing to speed this up. Sorry about the confusion, ladies. I'm on board to load the truck."

Erin considers Pandora "I guess not stressing the animals and seperating the party but your right we can just drive back" whatever they are deciding that's what's happening.

Pandora looks back and forth to each person as they speak, then she shrugs. "My brain is broken. Ya'll do whatever you need to do. I'm not objecting. I was just curious. Go forth, yon kinfolk. Probably don't multiply TODAY.. but... take care of the animals. I'll meet up with you guys tomorrow."
