The front door opens and in strolls Molly, one hand tucked into her jacket pocket, the other flicking her cigarette out onto the sidewalk after one last drag. Though why she bothered to get rid of her cigarette before coming into this place is unknown... maybe a habit.

She takes half a second to glance around, scanning the place, taking no particular notice of the two talking computers. She heads over to the bar, leans against it as she waits for Danny. "Hey... little early for beer, you have coffee here?" she asks.

"That's simple enough..", Alicia replies, "I can contact an ISP, arrange for a good deal, then we have them post out the router. Plug plug plug..", her hands moving to mimic the words, as if pushing wires into correct places, ".. and done.". With a twist, she turns away from the bar and drops off her stool, nudging it aside before gathering up the beer and opener, popping the top off. "Thanks."

And then she's making her way toward the pool tables, glancing back along the way to tell Dawson, "I'll deal with it.", then continuing on. She pulls a cue from the rack, gathers the balls onto the table, and settles in for a solo practice game.

Dawson, standing behind the bar with Danny, seems to be drinking something from a coffee mug when the woman walks into the hall. Noting her appearance he shifts his eyes to her and tells her flatly, "We're out." A woman dressed like her doesn't belong in this place so when she came in there's probably a whole boat load of troubles riding right behind her; and Dawson doesn't need any more of that.

Danny, however, tries to keep things mostly civil and explains that the place is being renovated so that they're only somewhat open for business today.

Molly glances over at Dawson as he speaks up. "Oh?" A flicker of her gaze to his mug then back to his eyes. "Did you get the last of it?" There's a hint of a grin at the corner of her lips as she says this; there is absolutely no vibe of aggression about her. Which might make her stand out a bit more.

She glances back to Danny. "Yeah, I noticed the tarps... and I'd heard there's a new owner. I just wanted to swing by to see if things were going to be changing much or staying mostly the same." There's no clack of balls from the pool table, no movement, though the balls are all set up and ready to go. Without anybody even noticing, Alicia has moved on, taking her beer with her, only the soft thump of the door as it closes behind her the noticeable fact that she moved at all.

Without missing a beat, Dawson reaches down behind the bar to pull out a clipboard and flip through a few pages before looking at Danny, "Were the Be-days going to be delivered tomorrow or Wednesday?" he asks with as much seriousness he can muster in his tone. Danny, picking up on the joke, explains that they're coming Tuesday and that the Italian marble toilets are coming Wednesday. "You so stu-pid..." he razes the owner.

"Were you from the better neighborhood society or the homeowner's association...Miss...?" he asks, obviously fishing for a name though it's dubious if he actually cares. His smile suggests that he's being nice and polite but as Alicia leaves he lets out a sigh - possibly of relief or frustration; it's kind of hard to tell right now.

Molly isn't entirely clueless and does pick up on the joke. She nudges her glasses back up her nose and adds, "Bidets? That's awesome. My ass never feels fresher than after a good squirt."

To Dawson: "Molly. And 'better' neighborhood society might be accurate, depending on your definition of 'better.' My definition would be 'unchanged'." She glances around a little, again, taking the place in. "I like the neighborhood just the way it is." Her attention back to Dawson. "But, your place, do what you like, of course. I just wanted to see what was up. And see if you had any coffee." She shrugs a little under her jacket. "No coffee though, oh well."

It's not that Dawson's totally unnerved or freaked out by the woman, or even her words - but it's the combination with events previously that are starting to wear down his facade of calm and control.

"Yeah...well...maybe if you come back later...there might be some. But I can't guarantee it," Danny mentions in a somewhat friendly manner. Dawson, however, just watches her flatly and waits for her to head out as well. It's been a LONG day and it's barely noon.

Molly flashes a grin at Danny. "Well, I'll check back later then. But keep up the good work, this place is great. And no bidets, not even for me. It would totally ruin the ambiance." Another quick grin, a glance at Dawson, a flick of a wave and off she goes.
