Diane/Hooks

• UC Prospect - Diane Barnes spends an inordinate amount of time at UC Prospect. Rumour has it she even still LIVES there, despite being way older than the usual dorm dweller. She's frequently seen in the library, or the cafeteria. Sometimes she's seen in one of the administrative offices, and on VERY rare occasions she'll substitute teach a class, though usually she just takes roll and has the class do whatever reading is next on the syllabus.
• MMORPG - Her "main" is Ophelia Reinhardt, an 80th level Paladin in War of Worldcraft, though she has dozens of other online personae across the net. Maybe you've met her? Maybe you've even dated her at one time?
  "I only date online."
  "You mean you only meet people through online apps?"
  "No, I mean I only date in MMOs."
• Academic Consultant - Diane is listed as a consulting contributor on over a hundred academic papers. She doesn't publish much herself, not having to do the Publish or Perish rat-race, but she's always happy to correspond with others and lend her insights. Maybe you need her help with something in her wheelhouse (mostly "Liberal Arts" or "Humanities" type things, her primary field of study is Medieval European History).
