Important notes

We DO NOT use Changeling: The Enchanted here. Most of it is superseded or overlapped by old entrenched house rules. Some individual bits and pieces have been adapted.
Sidhe (both varieties) is currently closed due to overuse. Multiclassing (e.g. kinain + kinfolk) currently requires OOC approval from a kithain with Title 3+ (typically because you're going to join their household/motley, or at least RP with them about the idea of doing so); bboard 25 (Recruitment) may have tips about what they're looking for.
- Existing multiclass kinain should be careful about spreading yourself too thin. If most of your time and energy is spent elsewhere, then the changeling sphere probably won't spend a lot of their time and energy trying to include you.
- Current plan is to review these limits in July 2020.

House rule: Autumn Sidhe (C20) are allowed; Arcadian Sidhe are just "Sidhe" on +sheet
Shadow Court: set Faction = Unseelie, Court = Shadow

- Contract, Dragon's Ire, "Oneiromancy (art)"

Prestige (Shadow Court): 3+ grants Title 1, 4+ grants Resources 3
