Choose concept, court (set as both Faction and Court), Legacy, Seeming, and Phyla (set as Kith)
- Court: Gladeling or Krofted
- Phyla: Glome, Kubera, Ondine, Paroseme, Solimond, Mannikin

Backgrounds:
- All inanimae gain one dot in Holdings to reflect how much Glamour they regain while inside the Anchor.
- Dreamers and especially Resources are rare
- Unless the character interacts with changelings and mortals on a regular basis, avoid the following: Contacts, Dreamers, Influence, Resources, and Title.
Set +note for Seeming bonus based on the following:

Slivers: Petros, Pyros, Verdage, Aquis, Stratus
- Only Mannikins can learn Kithain Arts, but must purchase Realms to do so (either by freebie points or XP after approval). If they learn them, then they may not learn the 5th dot in any Sliver or Art.
Choose Merits and Flaws
- May not take the following:
- Merits: Huge Size (Glomes count as troll); Knows Too Much; Escapee; Animalistic Favor (Only Krofted); Faerie Eternity; Seasonal Magic (No Krofted or Mannikins)
- Flaws: Asthma (No Ondines); Sell-Out; Fallen Noble; Slipped Seeming; Winged (Only Krofted)
Spend freebie points (15)
Note phyla Birthrights and Frailties. Some are recorded via permanent +effect (ask staff to set these):
- Glome: +2 Strength
Note that some Birthrights do not affect your mortal seeming unless you have the Seeming's Blessing merit.
