xxxxxDespite the sudden departure of quite a few people, Velok attempts to 'play it cool'. He just walks, hands in his pocket as they make their way out into the parking lot, no doubt trailing in some way the various people that are coming along. When Elise is gone, and after it's pretty clear that Cynthia isn't sneaking along, or Skye and Jennifer haven't accidentally decided to join the party, Velok opens up the four doors. He plops into the drivers seat, drumming his fingers along the wheel as he waits for the two other men and one woman to make their way into the car. Of course, the team has a new addition, and as red lights seem to conspiciuously turn Green whenever the car gets closer, Velok fills Fabian in a little. "Tonight we're going to follow up on someone that should be dead, but is currently not dead. I don't have any reason to trust you, Fabian, but I'd like to. So consider it a test. Or a Trial. Or whatever."

Fabian situates himself in the car, putting on his seatbelt as a good citizen should. He straightens his shirt, sliding a hand under his chin and idly daydreaming out the window. Listening to Velok's words he just stay silent, obviously not understanding this or that. However, when the small details are explained, Fabian flits a puckish smile, "You mentioned him, long ago on the boardwalk, I think. Seems ages ago, really." As the buildings begin to pass by, his eyes fall into a distant gaze, "Testing me? I didn't know I was even on point. At least I didn't show up with no pants on. That would have made for a terrible dream."

Misa looks to the fucking Italian and nods leaning in to whisper something into his ear. Her clothing is not exactly what one might expect for someone going out on a mission. She's dressed more like she's going out into a club. She offers Franko a wink and waits for his answer after climbing into the car. "Yeah. Kinda fate here I think Fabian. You showed up just as thing got itnerestin, you should be there as they get solved."

Franko slides into the vehicle, straightening his suit out with a sigh, then reaching forward to place the cup of coffee in a cup holder."I'm Franko, nice to meet you." he responds then with a soft snicker as he glances out the window. When Misa's whisper processes... It takes a little while. He glances over to her and just /glares/ in response to whatever she said. "...Yes." he grumbles.

xxxxxVelok's path is with purpose as the group travel via car to their destination, though the phone he carries on his leg gets the occasional glance and the stray side street driven down. They pass businesses, shops, and progressively get further and further away from the downtown hub of Prospect. The farther they get, the quieter it gets, and the worse off the housing starts to look. Housing turns into expansive lots of factories, warehouses, and other industrial buildings when Velok starts to slow down. Lights of the car are cut and they turn onto a straight road.
xxxxxNo Undeveloped land sits on either side of the road, the long asphalt path ending in a single large three story house. The house is beat up, most of the wooden panellings broken or beat down, what's left of what could have been a decent front yard only has death. Dead grass, dead trees, leaves all over the unraked yard. The 'front door' seems to be on the second floor, a long unfenced set of stairs leading up towards it. On the outside, the word 'abandoned' could come to mind, except for one noticable feature. The lights are on. While most of the house is dark, a couple rooms have light streaming out through the broken windows. The first and third floor are still dark, whomever is occupying the domicile having chosen the second floor. ( http://tinyurl.com/mn5ogtf )
xxxxxVelok parks and turns off the car on the same street, just at the intersection, a block away from the end of the street. He leans back against the seat and turns his head to gaze over towards Fabian. "This man died, and yet now walks around. Very few things I'm aware of that have the ability to say that. You might know more than I do. If you're nervous, though, there's no shame in saying so." He says flat out, opening the door of the car and stepping out.

At some point during the ride, Fabian smiles towards Franko, "Fabian. A pleasure." But for the most part he is quite silent, except for a Chopin Etude gently hummed as he watches the world fly by. When the quartet stop, he asks an idle question, "Do you have this man's name?" Fabian asks curiously, watching the house from the window, "Or is he just some unknown soul. I prefer a name... Helps giving them a backstory so much easier. Maybe even a calling card he left... A domino, or oh!" Fabian considers that, "A single red rose." He opens the door, lifting himself up. From the angle the house is a bit more interesting, "Quite the place, isn't it?"

Misa wiggles her eyebrows to Franko and gives her sweetest, kindest, most innocent smile. "Passed my test." she chirps. Whipe she stays quiet the whole ride she bounces about in a hyperactove fashion, only able to contain herself so well in an enclosed space. Once they reach the house tbough she's all busimess. She slinks out of the car and checks her sleeves for something before nodding. "He has a name. Though glitter is more his style than a rose."

Franko sighs and rubs at his forehead to Misa's response, but shakes it. He's rather quiet for the drive as well, gazing out the window for the trip, obviously rather... Uncomfortable. Not with Misa, that is, just with the vehicle itself. When they get there, he's immediately out of the car when it stops, and stands to silently close the door behind him before he lets out a deep breath. His hand goes up to check a spot on his jacket, then he looks back to the others and nods. "Want me to scope it out?" he asks idly.

xxxxxVelok's lips purse as he gazes off towards the house, leaning against the car like they were just casual people arriving back home for Thanksgiving dinner, stalling before having to go meet the family. "Mr. Liebowitz." Velok says as he glances back to Fabian. "And Misa is right, he preferred glitter over roses, but since he's come back it's been...difficult to keep track of him. This is the place we've noted he frequents most often." Velok looks back to Franko and nods. "I was just going to walk right in the front door, but your option is probably better. I don't want him disappearing again, hence the haste." He lets his gaze return to Fabian as he pushes off of the car, walking around to the front. "I killed him. Or...more appropriately, we killed him. But he's not dead, which was what you walked up on Misa and I doing at the boardwalk. Checking to see if it was the same person." Velok leans against the front of the car and folds his arms. "Misa? Do you want to fill Fabian in on the rest?" He looks back to the pair he's with, shifting against the car.

Fabian considers the house with distant eyes. There is a slight curiosity to him but he suddenly drops it as he looks back, "Hm." He says simply, "Well, we should probably work on the assumption that he's alive, at least." Fabian takes a step back, sliding next to Misa, "What do you think?" Biting a lip, he lets it slide out, "Did he have a watch on the night I saw him? I seem to remember that."

Misa nods to Fabian. "Yeah he had a watch." she says with a nod. "Also a thing for little girls." she shrugs. "Dunno how much detail you want me to go into there. We got some time while our friend thre does his creepy stalker thing if you want story time." Misa's maneurisms at this point are.. .odd. She is still and calm, not keeping up her usual manic bouncing and twitching as she stay on high alert. The tone in her voice is calm and serious... but that smile just doesn't leave her face. If anything, it's a little bigger than usual.

Franko glances back and nods to Velok, then turns back around and adjusts the sleeves of his jacket for a moment. He takes a few steps forward, then crouches down into the darkness and starts off up the steps to the porch. He makes absolutely zero sound whatsoever, at all, and his skin sort of shifts a little bit, although he doesn't become transparent. Optical illusions, and all that. He quietly skulks along the porch to one of the windows with the lights on, where he raises up slightly to take a look inside.

xxxxxVelok stays leaning against the front of the car, his eyes staring off towards the house as Misa explains. "If Fabian is going to be a part of things, he shouldn't be kept from the details." Velok says, nodding to Franko as he slips away. "Besides, I don't think Fabian would leak information, right? I'd absolutely hate the very notion that I'd work with someone who would do that." The tone from his voice sounds more comical than anything, as if he doesn't actually believe Fabian would.
xxxxxGoing off of the assumption that information would be relayed, Franko's sneaking up to the house goes perfectly. No awkward branches stepped on, no ruffling of leaves. He's able to make his way silently right up towards one of the windows with lights on. Inside he finds three men. Two of them black and the other hispanic, none of them being Liebowitz. All three men are openly sporting an Uzi apiece, dressed in loose clothing. The room itself matches the same rundown atmosphere of the house outside. The furniture looks old and worn down with holes throughout. The rug is laden with dust and what wallpaper did grace the walls is mostly peeled by now.

xxxxx"Maaaaan, how long we need to stand here?" One of the men complains, the first comment Franko hears.
xxxxx"However the fuck long we need to, niggah." Comes the immediate response before footsteps can be heard and the three men immediately stand up straight, as if at attention.

xxxxx"The blonde one is interesting." "I like the brunette more." Liebowitz enters the room with two middle aged men trailing along after him, both the source of the two comments regarding color. Liebowitz is dressed in the same fancy clothes Franko saw over a month ago, although the clothing is clearly worn down from lack of washing and use. The gold watch on his arm is scuffed and scraped, worn down and not polished like it used to be. "All of them are currently for sale." Liebowitz says. "And as both of you surely felt, the merchandise is quite...agreeable, and feels rather good. I've personally examined them."

Fabian reaches into his pocket, fussing with a wrapper on a piece of hard candy, "Sounds like a tool." The seems to be the extend of Fabian's assessment of the man. Instead, he just continues to watch the house, "I'm not sure what you brought me for, I'm not much if a fighter..." There is a flit of a smile to that, but otherwise he stays silent. Eyes follow Franko with deep curiosity as he watches the master of stealth. He pops the candy into his mouth, placing the wrapper into his pocket.

Misa just continues to smile as ehe watches the road leading into the house. "Someone's ability ta fight doesn't mean everythin on a mission. Sometimes you need someone that's clever, good at makin friends..." she turns to Fabian and offers a wink. "Or knows how the bad guys think better'n most. Plus a fresh set a eyes on a situation keeps people from missin things."

While waiting for the new guy to get back Misa leans over the top of the car to start story time after she nods to Velok. "Liebowitz had a thing for little girls. Especially his own. He would get to a club one of my friends works at, get liqoured up and loved up, then go home and take it out on them. We couldn't save them. We could make sure no one else suffered... I thought. Things in this city are really bad at stayin dead though."

Franko watches the men for a while hardly even breathing really, and after a few moments of peering in and listening, skulks his way back out to the car, where he stands and runs a hand through his hair for a moment. "I see six, three armed with firearms, and two girls implied to be in the back. Looks like a human trafficking operation. Liebowitz looks unarmed." he points out. He knows those fairly well for... Reasons. "I can try to take Liebowitz down alone, or we can just take them all out." he points out, then shrugs his shoulders lightly. "I'll be sure to make sure he's dead this time, at any rate."

xxxxxVelok stays mostly quiet, letting Fabian absorb his weird introduction. His eyes stay locked on Franko, all the way up to the house, then on his way back. "There's already plenty of people that can fight here. I didn't ask if you wanted to come along for your abilities with your fists. I merely asked about that in case it comes to that. No one here will blame you if you hide behind a couch." Velok smiles, looking for Fabian's reaction to Liebowitz's delight. "That doesn't exactly fit the profile." He says when Franko returns, his brow furrowing and head shaking. "Liebowitz was a coward, he didn't put up a fight or anything, and I was told that he wouldn't be all that particularly...difficult. Is he just a hired hand or is he leading the operation?" Velok asks. "How much time do we have before he spots us, you think? We're not exactly in cover here." He moves his arms about, noting the distinct lack of any sort of cars around.

"Hide?" Fabian smiles, tilting his head, "Maybe. We'll see." He takes a few steps to the side, admiring the car. He gives a kick to one of the tires, "Nice vehicle really..." Before glancing back to the house. Curious eyes consider the windows before turning back, "Well, I'm up for anything. I just warn you, if you decide to go in guns blazing..." He trails off, shaking his head, "I might stay a few steps behind."

Misa nods and grins. "Wherever we go in from, he's gonna try to go the other way. Someone should stay outside to intercept prolly... or we can try to break the locks on the doors so they haft go through a window to get out. Might cut themselves an we can follow the blood."

Franko shrugs his shoulders to Velok lightly. "How about we ask him?" he asks idly, then reaches into his jacket and withdraws that same old looking black sickle, which he swishes a few times with a sigh. "We'll probably be spotted soon, I'd say. Should probably make up our minds quickly. Just point me in the right direction. If you want to put me in front to soak up the bullets, I'm fine with that too." he offers, glancing over to Misa, then nodding a few times. "Yea, maybe one or two outside to make sure..."

xxxxxVelok turns his head, his lips curling into a smile as he stares at Fabian. "I have a feeling you have plenty of tricks up your sleeve. There's a reason I asked if you wanted to come along." Though, what that reason is remains unsaid and he pushes himself away from the car. "You three go on. I'll move the car out of the line of sight, and then remain outside, in case they try and run out or more people show up. I don't see any cars, so it's highly possible that there will be more returning." Velok shrugs, walking back over to the drivers seat. He's not going to turn the car on or anything, instead just releasing the break, preparing to push the car silently away from the line of sight. "Either sneak in or go right in." Velok says, pointing off towards the darkened windows of the first floor, on either side of the stairs. "But if it's Liebowitz like you said, I want to know how he managed to survive, and he has to die. I can't let him walk around alive. I passed judgement already." Velok looks over towards Misa, nodding, then gesturing his head. "If nothing happens out here or they don't bolt, I'll come inside after you guys

Fabian steps back next to Misa. He curiously looks the woman over before nodding, "I guess that works." However, it is Franko's words that has him interested. Soak Bullets? Okay. He muses over that before adding, "I'll do my best to assist." He trails off, watching Misa intently before looking back towards the door.

Misa nods to Velok before looking to Franko. "I figure you can take some punishment, not somethin I'm good at. Which way should I go in if I'm gonna grab someone to use asa bullet shield?" "Front door." Franko states as he smiles to them and turns to start for the porch, not that quiet about it this time, although he's always a little quiet on instinct. "If either of you have guns, I'd recommend the windows. If not, just use me as a shield, and don't die." he offers back to them with a light smile as he approaches the door, apparently planning on just kicking it the fuck down. "Tap my shoulder when you're ready." he tells them before going quiet, since he's getting closer to the place.

xxxxxThe closer the group get, the further along their plan gets defined, until it seems like there's a reasonable agreement. Velok disappears with the car around the side, leaving the three completely alone with what is yet to come. The lights flicker in the windows for a moment, and they get close enough to hear start hearing the voices again. "Don't worry about them. The electricity in this place is a bit off, the lights do that sometimes." Liebowitz can be heard saying, the words floating down and out of the window. "So, shall we start discussing payment? I've allowed you both to sample, and I'm not a gigantic fan of staying in one place for any considerable period of time." The words from the two buyers aren't as prominent, their voices staying low and wary.
xxxxxThe overall shambles the house is in doesn't set off any immediate red flags for warnings. It's obvious someone hasn't cared about this place for a long time, one of those houses where 'the last owners probably died there' is a /very/ real possibility. A quick look at the front door shows the latch has been broken. The door remains closed, however, but there's no door handle or lock of any kind.

Fabian slides up to Franko, considering him before taking a few steps in his direciton. "Forgive me if I keep a bit of distance... I don't like bullets..." He looks towards the ouse, itching his cheek, "So you're going to open the door? Right.. have fun..." Fabian would keep about ten feet behind at all times, keeping to the sides and attempting not to bring too much attention to himself.

Franko walks up to the house in the front of the three, then glances back to Fabian and nods with a smile. "No worries." he responds, twirling his sickle in hand as he steps forward and gently pushes the door open with his hand, a rock in his other as he looks around and preps to throw it, which he promptly does, unless Misa is going to do her thing. In that case he watches... And waits. Before doing so.

Misa follows the itallian stallion up to the door. She quickly moves off 90 degrees from him, so anyone firing on him can't target her at the same time. She half expect someone to be nearby watching the door... instead she sees an empty hallway. Her face instantly lights up in the classic "I've always wanted to do this!" expression. Without a moemnt of hesitation she rolls through the door, surpsingly quiet, spreading her weight out over as much an area as she can while building momentum, once towards her feet she changes angle bringing her weight to the wall, with trained speed and grace she uses her speed to push herself up the wall to the door on the opposite end of the entry way, spinning to minimize impacts before reaching her legs across the narow hall. Once up a few paces she chiminey's herself the rest of the way up over the door way, readying to make the hallway into a little flanking box of death.

Fabian watches with curiosity as Misa makes her wait up. The moment he realises what she is planning, or the vague idea, he utters softly... "Careful now..." These words come out... Slightly odd. It might be a trick of the mind, but there's almost an echo behind them. He reaches up, touching his chin as curious blue eyes consider the woman. Satisfied with her progress, those eyes cast towards Franko, considering his next move.

xxxxxThe group moves quickly into action with Franko opening the door, Fabian exalting, and Misa becoming Sam Fisher. When everything's ready Franko rolls up his sleeves and skips the rock against the doorframe, leaving /just enough/ noise that it could be a total coincidence happening. The entryway shows a short hallway with walls on either sides, the opening alcove into the living on the right where Liebowitz and company are found, light streaming out idly into the hallway. The section Misa chooses has plenty of space, the ceiling tall and enough darkness above to remain hidden. The result of the rock is immediate. "What was that?" comes Liebowitz's voice through the open window and now through the alcove opening between the wall seperation for Misa. One of the thugs voice answers rather nonchalantly. "Shit man, I dunno. This whole damn house is falling apart." Even though no one can see the man talking, it's pretty obvious he just shrugged. Probably even tsked a bit.
xxxxx"Yea..." Liebowitz can be heard saying, the tone of finality with it. He continues talking, as if nothing will come of their trap. "Anyways, if you two don't like the possibilities, other girls can be found. These ones matched the profile I was given----You know what? Fuck it. Davis, go look. It's going to bother me." Footsteps fall on the hardwood floor, the distinct sound of a mumbled. "Awww maaaaan" of objection with compliance. One of the black thugs steps out of the alcove into the hallway, his dark eyes peeled straight ahead. 'LOOK UP. LOOK UP.' some villain video game player would be shouting at this point, yet Davis doesn't look up. "Fuckin' wind." Davis grumbles, making the long walk down the hallway and raising his gun. He keeps walking all the way towards the door, moving to stand at the entrance and looking out.
xxxxxMisa remains sneaky as Davis looks around. Franko remains extra sneaky as Davis continues looking around. But someone doesn't. The man's eyes fall on Fabian and he just...stares.

Fabian glances as the man comes to the door. The dastardly scoundrel eyes Fabian, Fabian eyes him back. Slowly, he raises his hads before smiling. His oceanic blue eyes do not move off the man, they do not betray the others. Instead he just raises an eyebrow and smiles, "I must have taken a wrong turn." He utters softly... half to himself.

Misa drops from the ceiling, elbow first into the man's clavical hoping to disable him and possibly cause enough damage to send him into shock. She doesn't wait to see how effective it is. She shoves him forward and starts to make her way back out the door. There's stil lsomeone with a gun somewhere nearby no way in HELL is she going to be the one not moving.

Franko waits for Misa to shove the man forward, and as she does, he proceeds to /shove/ his sickle right up through the mans ribcage, a hand tightly being held over his mouth as he turns and tosses him to the ground close to the house. Close enough to be heard as coming from the front door as a loud THUMP. Then he motions for Misa to stand off to the side, and resets himself in ambush mode. Like one of those movies where they pick the guards off.

xxxxxPoor Davis. All he really wanted in life was a family. A stable job, a white picket fence house. Of course, then he meets the /real/ monsters! Misa's dropping down hits him, making the gun swing away from Fabian and no doubt saving the fake lost guys life. He's shoved forward and doesn't even make a single noise as he finds his way to an additional Sickle limb. There's some muffles but still very little sound is made as the life bleeds out of Davis onto Frankos clothes. Franko can see the man's terrified eyes darting every which way until he dies. Before Misa can start moving in, however, Liebowitz can be heard again. Far too quickly and far too loudly, the words picked up over the soft breeze. "My thrall has just been killed. We have guests at the front door. You two. Cover the entrance." Liebowitz can be heard saying, though one of his buyers pipes on pretty quickly. "You said this place was safe!"

Oh look, the man said a thing. Fabian tilts his head curiously, peering forward. He sucks in a lower lip before halting. Suddenly he seems a bit more hesitant, instead opting to consider wherever it is Franko might be hiding, "If we could get one of these men alive, it might prove... prudent..." He utters. Whether he is heard or not he doesn't know. Thralls. Why did it have to be thralls? So much harder to control.... Sighing, he takes a step considering the area, "Right then... We better get ready." Fabian runs out of his conspicuously open position, attempting to move to a more covered position. Hiding to the side of the stairs leading to the doorway.

Misa continues her run, heading towards the back, mostly hoping the light inside the house will make it difficult to see her movements outside the house, trying to beat anyone going out of the back to the door. During her run she slips her t-handled knives from her sleeve.

"Weeeeeeell." Franko responds as he throws his jacket down and starts to stroll casually into the front door. "Plan B time." he points out, holding the sickle in his right hand as his left flexes, a rather large mantis-like scythe pushing its way out of it as he starts forward towards the location the gunmen are supposedly going to. Surely they won't expect someone to already be there...

xxxxxFor how tense the situation is, the voice of their target remains very calm. Too calm, perhaps. Misa and Franko at least pointed out that Liebowitz would flee as fast as he could, but he's just...not. The subtle voices are gone now, in favor of loud barks as their presence is already alerted. "Bring the little girls up immediately." Liebowitz says. "You two, sit on the couch. You won't be harmed here, and we still have business together. Gonzales. James. That way. Get out of this room."
xxxxxWhen Misa runs around the house, she can't see very much through the broken windows, the back door being open when she reaches it. It leads into the ground floor and, if she chooses to slip into the house, she can see that there's no lights on or anything. The back entranceway leading onto the ground floor has a door leading off into a hallway. Soft sobs meet Misa's ears and a gruff voice answers. "Come on. Hurry up. Up the stairs. Move, or I'll kill you." The sofs only increase as footsteps pass by the door of the room Misa's in.
xxxxxFranko rushing up the steps to intercept the gunmen comes rather successfully as Gonzales and James step out, their guns still pointed towards the ground. Both of them look determined as they face down against the man.

"Bring the little girls up immediately." Liebowitz says. "You two, sit on the couch. You won't be harmed here, and we still have business together. Gonzales. James. That way. Get out of this room. I need time for the ward."

Franko strolls up the front steps and into the hallway, his other mantis-like scythe pushing out of his right arm as well. He walks down the hallway in a casual manner, walking up to the two men. His left scythe gets swept up to cut the man on his left clean in half, and the right comes up to do the same, cutting partway through the mans torso as he pauses and looks back to himself. The man lets out a full clip of SMG rounds into his chest as he looks away, only to have them plink off of some black carapace just beneath the skin, the skin bruising slightly, but not breaking because of it. From his pocket he removes a cigarette and his zippo, and proceeds to light up a cigarette right in the mans face as though he wasn't even there. Asshole.

Misa waits until she thinks whoever the big guy is esorting is on the other side from her and darts out of the room with her t-handled blade poking out between her fingers. She jumps out and punches him solidly in the back, aiming for the kidney. She hits solidly, right where the mark should be, but doesn't compensate for the extra... layers the man has. She doesn't put any real force behind her strike, assuming the knife will do its job. As she pulls away she sees a hand coming and drops to her knees, sliping right under the grab before springing to her feet again to dart through the door for another room.

Fabian watches Franko go to work with apt curiosity. He seems very content to just sit back and watch. However, when the man lifts his gun, he hisses in a clear voice, "You really don't want to do that." Stormy blue eyes falling on the man. When the bullets do little to harm, he smiles satisfied before glancing forward, muttering half to himself. He seems very intent to catch a glance of Liebowitz himself.

xxxxxGonzalez didn't know what hit him. So strong was the force cleaving him in half that his body didn't even have time to react. The top half falls down comically to the bottom half, then topples backwards in two pieces. This freaks the FUCK out of James, who starts unloading into Franko at point blank range, staring into his eyes as bullet after bullet peppers various parts of Franko's body. "DIE MOTHERFUCKER DIE" The man's screaming can be heard throughout the house as gunshots ring out. *clickclickclickclickclick* runs the gun when the bullets are gone, and even though James has half his body still technically attached, it's not the wound that kills him.
xxxxxNo, suddenly his eyes widen and his body arches. His voice fades away into a silent scream, face filled with terror. Eyes keep rolling until only his whites remain, the gun dropping from his hand. Without warning James suddenly collapses to the ground. No movement, no sounds, just blood pooling on the floor from his wounds. Blood that didn't get sprayed over Franko, at least.
xxxxxMisa's adventures are certainly different on the ground floor. When she darts out, Fluffy comes fully into view. He's tall and wide and it seems the other hispanic in the pairs of twos going on. He's the type of guy that could easily switch around between Sumo wrestler, bodyguard, or Offensive linemen. He's escorting two little girls, blonde and brunette hair color, wearing silk seethrough nighties. It's not hard for Misa to tell immediately what's going on from the stains and the smell and the sobs and reddened cheeks. Both girls scream at the surprise, taking off towards where they were going and running away. "AY!" Fluffy gruffly shouts as he tries to swing an arm to grab Misa, missing and having to choose between Misa and the two little'uns. He chooses Misa.

Franko watches as the man collapses in front of him, to whom he simply blows out some smoke in his direction. "Huh." he puffs, glancing around at the sound of screaming children. I mean really, he seems way too calm for this... Like he belongs here or something. Those mantis-like scythes retract back into his forearms as he glances back to Fabian, button up full of bullet holes and bullets on the floor around him as he goes about stepping around the corner of the hall to see what he can see. He heard something about a ward earlier... So he's just going ahead. Alone.

Fabian watches the man contort and fall. Insteresting. He hesitates a moment, itching his cheek. Misa... Secrets.. Misa... Secrets. Whatever choice he makes, he presses forward, following behind Franko, "He just sapped the last of that man's power. Don't underestimate him." Fabian utters softly when close to the scythe wielding lunatic, "Also... Cigarettes are bad for your health. You should probably try to quit" Yes, and an SMG to the chest isn't... He keeps his distance still, letting would be pursuers go after that better target first.

Misa runs into the next room. The smell quickly makes her realize what she's walked into. This is the room it happened. Good. She flails for a moment and cowers near the bed by the wall, breath shakey as the big man enters the room. She looks from him to the bed starting to shake. "N-no... please... please don't!" she exclaims, trying to direct his head towards things other than violence. As soon as he seems to be in reach Misa grabs the disgusting bed sheet, yanks it hard, possibly spreading vile fluids about the room as she whips the sheet over his face. While his vision is blurred she jumps towards the side, using the sheet to make it unclear where she is exactly. Before the sheet even has time to fully drape over him, Misa is off ot his side, under his guard. She shivs him hard in the stomach, pulling the knife back out to get ready to run again. Despite hitting solid and deep her stabs don't seem to be having much effect.

xxxxxWhen Franko comes a bit further down the hallway to the opening of the alcove, he can get a pure view of what's inside. Standing right next to the entrance is Liebowitz, standing defenseless next to Franko. His head tilts, his eyes swirling with various colors instead of one clear distinct iris. "Hello. Who might you be?" He says fairly calmly despite the screams filling the house. Behind him sit on the couch the two 'buyers'. They shake and rattle with nerves, trying hard to maintain an illusion of calm innocence and failing misterably. Liebowitz stares at Franko. "You've crashed my party."
xxxxxDownstairs, Misa's not having so great a time. Fluffy the Hispanic is large and slow, missing Misa with his cleave when she darts away back into the room where he just retrieved the two little girls. He lumbers in towards the room, leaning his body in to slam against the door, spotting her cowering besides the bed. It draws a smile across his scruffy face, teeth surprisingly clean and polished. "Are you their mother, eh? Puta?" The man blocks the door, starting to walk towards the bed. "Young, My Master might like you. You've got pretty lips." He starts to walk forward, the woman begging and cowering only apparently delighting the man more. It's enough that her quick grab for the sheets makes him think she's submitting, the covers thrown over his face. "UGH" He grunts, his hands coming up to seperate the stained sheets from his face as fast as possible. Misa's stab does, once again, absolutely nothing. Freakishly even though she buries the knife in his body, he shows no pain, no discomfort at the wound. Considering how dirty the sheets are, how the distinct smell makes it pretty clear this is where the merchandise was 'sampled', it's no wonder that Fluffy wants them off as fast as possible."

Franko just stares at Liebowitz through the walkway, and sighs a bit. He takes another puff of his cigarette as he blows the smoke out, attempting to walk forward, but unable to pass through. "Ahhhh, fuck you, guy. And your shitty ward." he grumbles, then reaches up and removes his cigarette from his lips. He then proceeds to flick the cigarette itself across the border, only to have it bounce off. So he catches it up again and sighs to take another long drag. "So how'd you do it, Liebowitz?" he asks him as he tilts his head. "Not a vampire, not a risen... Thought you were dead." he points out, blowing out some more smoke in the mans direction and watching him expectantly.

Fabian slides a finger across the portal lock as he approaches it. He flits a smile, "Oh now this won't do my friend." His blue eyes cast up, considering the men, "You... are pathetic. You are nothing..." His voice echoing with each word, a bitter vengence rising in the tone, "You prey on the weak, and simply put... You are the worst of the world. You deserve nothing... death..." He utters, eyes flitting between the two men before he looks back to Liebowitz, "Now... Lets see what comes of this."

xxxxxLiebowitz keeps his eyes fixated on Franko. "Don't hate the player, hate the game, right?" He responds, his lips pursed. Angelic eyes continue to swirl in his contemplation. It's Franko's question that really keeps his eyes watching, even with Fabian near and the sound of a scuffle downstairs. "You have me at a disadvantage, I see. I don't recognize you. Or...you, for that matter." He turns his head to look towards Fabian. Slowly Liebowitz turns and takes a few steps away from the opening back towards the couch and the center of the room. "Though it's quite clear by now that you know of my past self. The mortal body I seized upon his death." Liebowitz's talking becomes more grandiose, more pleased with himself. He's....monologuing. "His tastes, his desires. They were so delicious, so wonderful. I tried them. I partook. Using his own daughters, delicious, but their bodies were already cold. A shame." He turns around to face Fabian and Franko, his eyes fixating on Fabian. "Oh no, I am not nothing. I am /NOT/ pathetic. I am Ustaros. I prey on the weak because that is what they deserve, to allow the strong to feast."
xxxxxHe seems to think that Fabian was talking to him, apparently, and not the men behind him. Both of those men are so nervous, so shaking, yet when Fabian starts to command, the shaking...stops. They stare back at Fabian, breath deepening. The fear gets seized and without question both men push forward off the sofa, running forward and charging Liebowitz with a bloodlust to match any frenzied shifter. Even with their weak arms the surprise manages to shove Liebowitz forward and down, the two men tackling Liebowitz from behind and landing in a bit of a doggypile. Scratching, clawing, most of it practically lands on each other than on Liebowitz as the Demon struggles to break free from out. "What the fuck are you two doing!?" He yells.

Franko removes the cigarette from between his lips, then points it at Liebowitz's fate as he starts to laugh mercilessly at the man. "Oh shit, look at that! What a douchebag! Get him, pluck out his eyes!" he urges to the two men as they swarm Liebowitz. Whether or not they can ACTUALLY do that to a Demon isn't really within his knowledge, but he knows he's /something/, and now he's curious. "You know what this guy is?" he asks as he glances back to Fabian, motioning over his shoulder to Liebowitz with his thumb in a questioning manner, then takes another drag of his cigarette. At least he's not trying to collect bets on the fight... Yet.

Misa flees out of the room while the man is blinded and looks quickly through the hallway to make sure the girls are out of sight... well okay she was going to use them as bait. Whatever. She can figure something out. She runs into the next room making sure to make enough noise to be heard.

xxxxxMisa has escaped the room by the time Fluffy has freed himself from the ew. He's angrier now, his hands brushing at his face as best as he can. He moves towards the door and down the hallway after the noises. The room Misa runs into is empty, sadly, the furnishings having long been taken a while ago. There is a wooden sliding door closet with several of the shutters having rotten away and breaking off, leaving it not the best of hiding spots. Broken glass is strayed over the floor from one of the windows, a reasonable sized hole for someone to easily crawl out of if they were small enough. A stray bit of fabric stays on one of the glass shards with blood on it.

"I'll give you one piece of advice." Fabian smiles warmly towards Franko, "Call him Liebowitz. It's better that way." He winks towards Franko before turning to consider Ustaros, "My my my.... Such an easy way to get such an important name. Thank you for that." Fabian bows deeply, flitting a smile before taking a few steps back, "I'm... going to go assist our young friend. You keep up with your investigation, Franko." He turns, running down the hall to head towards the stairs.

Misa isn't hiding in teh closet. She moves to the closet and slams the door shut hoping teh noise will summon someone towards the room while making her way back to the door. Whether she gets there in time to hide behind the door doesn't matter so much, what's important for her is she is able to fling her entire body into the door to try and smash him with it the moment Fluffy steps into range of it.

xxxxxLiebowitz is not happy. He shoves and kicks until he can manage to seperate himself from the pile, rolling away. The man stands back up and tries to brush off some of his clothing, having been torn in the scuffle. The two men continue to fight, except now they simply fight each other. When Liebowitz turns to look back towards Franko his face is painted with his anger. The screaming of the two girls has died down at least. He composes himself, stepping farther away from the fight and towards a chair, leaning against the edge. "That was not pleasent." he points out, glaring at Franko as if he's responsible. "Who sent you? Hmm? No, wait, I don't care." Liebowitz starts to walk towards Franko with purpose, shaking his head. He's angry, very angry. "You've fucked up my business, here, and now I'm cutting my losses."
xxxxxLiebowitz reaches down into the pocket of his ratty jeans, pulling out a small .38. He stares at Franko when he turns around and walks back towards the center of the room. He holds the pistol out, waiting for a moment. A single gunshot rings out, ending the frenzy of one of the buyers with a bullet to the head. The next bullet is aimed at the other man when he looks up, ready to attack Liebowitz, the second gunshot dropping him down into a pile of bodies. "FLUFFY." He shouts out, calling out for the man. Yep. That's his actual name. "RETURN TO ME." Liebowitz looks down towards the pile of bodies. "It's not about the money anyway. I'll find more. This world is /filled/ with people that crave what I can provide. What Liebowitz enjoyed every single night when he came home, with those two little girls." Liebowitz shakes his head and resumes staring at Franko." He returns to the alcove opening. "Who do you think is next? Should I find a suburban housewife? Do you think her husband will remember my name? Do you? Say it." His words start to echo in his command. "Say my name. Ustaros. Say it, and /remember/ it."
xxxxxFluffy is absolutely following the sound of the noises, but when he hears those gunshots he stops, looking off towards the direction of the stairs. He looks like he's going to ignore it and continue after Misa and the closed door, but his name snaps him out of it. He grunts, turning and starting to head away towards the stairs as fast as he can...directly towards Fabian.

Misa giggles. Yes, in the middle of the whole thing she gives off the sweetest and most girly of giggles she can manage. People tend not to like that. Realizing Fluffy is going to follow orders she moves to take advantage of that.. .and more importantly keep the enemy from regrouping and figuring out just what the hell is going on. She streaks out of the room charging after fluffy with her knives at the ready.

Franko grunts softly at Liebowitz and sighs softly. "Ustaros." he murmurs in response to that, then takes a long drag of his cigarette, blowing the smoke out idly as he glares at the man. "Know what, I don't appreciate people fucking with my head." he tells him, narrowing his eyes and peering around for a moment, then flicking some of the ash down to the floor. "Frankly, I don't give a shit what you do, or how you fucking do it. I was just here because I don't leave loose ends. But now?" he sighs, then reaches out to push a hand into that barrier, testing it. "Tell you what. Lower this, and I'll make it quick and clean."

Fabian approaches the stairs, tilting his head. Big dude, little girl. Well then. No one can call him a coward. Breathing out he looks up the stairs, "We have a big one, Franko!", then he hisses in a soft breath, "Get him good, girl." Before bracing himself with those curious, oceanic eyes watching the man of muscle and dimwittedness make his way forward.

Misa doesn't bother striking as light as normal. Knives don't take much pressure to break the skin, you only need them to go so deep, anything more and you're just risking damage to the blade. Previous to this point, Misa has been trying to keep control over her strikes. This time though, wether driven by Fabian's words, or by sheer frustration at the lack of damage caused by her attacks she flings herself at the target, shoulder charging him and throwing her entire weight into a stab to Fluffy's kidneys from behind while he's exposed. She burries the knife as deep as she can.

xxxxxWhen Franko says the man's celestial name, Ustaros shivers. Franko can see quite clearly that hearing his name, /feeling/ his name, sends ripples down the man's spine. "Mmmmm" Liebowitz says, nibbling his lip in a pretty 'Okay dude get a room' way. "I love it when people say my name, you know? Delicious. So delicious. Moaned, screamed, whispered in the dead of night after they awake from their dreams terrified..." He returns back to normal and smiles at Franko, coming rather close to him, as if he's relying pretty heavily on that barrier between the two. "I don't appreciate people fucking with my goals." Liebowitz responds, his voice growing quieter as the scuffles from downstairs grow louder. When Franko puts his hand out, the air practically solidifies, keeping him out. "Loose ends? I don't even know you." He shakes his head, looking off as far down the hall as he can see. "Run along. You've served your purpose. Go and rescue the girls. Let my thrall strangle the life from you. Fly fly, whateverthefuckyournameis."
xxxxxFluffy continues on towards the stairs, summoned by Liebowitz. His eyes raise up to stare at Fabian, giving Misa plenty of time to once more bury her knife into the large man's body. "Chinga..." He mumbles as he swings around, trying to wrap his arms around Misa and...missing. He starts to back up towards the stairs, keeping his eyes fixated on Misa. He stares daggers at her. If looks could kill.

Franko stares at Liebowitz for a while, then laughs in his face, right in it, as he continues to smoke his cigarette. "Shut the fuck up, dumbass. You just stay right there and I'll get to you in a moment." he tells him, then turns around as those large mantis-like scythes push out of his arms. Cigarette in lips, he steps down the stairs with heavy steps, and walks up behind Fluffy with them. Once there, he shoves them both through either side of his spine in the back, and tears them both up each side and out of his shoulders, breaking the ribs from their connections.

Misa sees Fluffy is pinned... sort of... and goes for a more precise strike. She rocks her weight onto her back foot, tuccks both hands in by her hips to remove them momentarily from view, then flashes out, springing off her back leg she throws all of her momentum and speed forward managing to catch the outer rim of his eye with the tip of her knife, it angles off just a little directing the blade now to the back of his eye, gouging through the blood barrier and cracking teh thin bone to stab through the optical nerve and into the brain. Misa quickly turns the handle before pulling out the blade, introducing air to the cavity while teartin apart brain and blood vessals. The death is almost instant... and it takes her a moment to unstick the blade, pulling a bit of grey matter out with it.

Yes! YES! It's Fabian's time to be a hero. This dude is going to try to kill Misa, and Franko is going to be busy with Liebowitz. I got the perfect idea! Fabian runs off as Franko passes by him. From behind he hears the wet noises and most probably screams of death. The lovely eye goudging noises of Misa add a nice flavor to the procession. What is Fabian doing during that time? He seems to be humming Chopin while he considers which gun to take. Finally, he makes his choice. Time to be the hero! Running towards the group he stops. Looks at the decimated man in the pile of blood, "You guys suck." He says dryly, in a dissappointed tone.

xxxxxPoor Fluffy. He had hopes, dreams, desires....yea okay, he was guarding and facilitating a child sex slave ring. No tears will be shed for when he finds himself without any ribs. Franko's scythes get stuck a couple times with resistance as he continues on, but the tearing is significant enough that Fluffy just can't soak. He doesn't even get to react to Franko's sudden appearence, but he does get to stare up at Misa as he falls down to his knees. Presented perfectly for Misa, the blade is a hot knife through butter as it enters Fluffy's brain. He collapses down towards the floor with a *thump, a pool of his own blood forming underneath him, just as Fabian comes back to save the day.
xxxxxWordless as Juan 'Fluffy' Carlos De Los Parlotes De Amadeo's death is (may he rest in piece/s), it's Liebowitz's voice that mourns for the man. "Fluffy!" Liebowitz calls out, the disappointment evident that the demon already knows about his thralls departure. The demon makes no moves to join the pair downstairs or attempt a daring and bold rescue, staying right where he is.

Franko begins to hum softly as Fluffy dies, removing his scythes for a moment. They retract, and he takes the back of Fluffies neck in his hand, where he promptly leans the body back and places his boot on his shoulder. Then, with a hard tug, he pulls the mans spine from his back from his neck, sending blood flying out in a spray as he takes the severed head and spine of Fluffy in hand and starts back up the stairs. He's holding him by the neck, and once he gets to the top he removes his cigarette and blows out some more smoke, and promptly throws the head and spine at the barrier, less than twenty seconds before he'd left to go downstairs.

Misa doesn't take time to clean her blade. This isn't a sword. More blood on a knife helps it slide in and out of a target better. Not sure if brain tissue does the same though. She runs back to the room she had seen with the broken window and blood. The others have whatever Liebowitz is, Misa works on taking care of the human interest. She carefully moves to look through the window, but doesn't stick her head through it, in case someone takes this moment to go all "you've seen too much" on her.

"Franko, that level of civlity leads something to be desired. The man just lost a close friend. Well... Four.. And business associates. And now he is trapped in a little rat cage." Fabian walks up behind Franko, admiring the gun." Curious blue eyes look up towards Liebowitz, "Raveners... If only you could be controlled, you'd be so much more useful. you know that?" He sighs, considering the barrier before adding, "Not that I don't have a certain sort of admiration for your devotion."

xxxxxWhen Franko returns upstairs, tossing the spine against the opening (That, promptly, solidifies and deflects the skull down towards the ground in a barrier of air), Liebowitz can be found sitting down on the couch. He's pulled both of the dead bodies of his clients, stacking them one on the other, his feet up and on one of their backs like a footrest. He stares off towards the opening at Franko and Fabian. "How rude. I liked him. He had guts, though I suppose he doesn't exactly have guts anymore." Liebowitz shivers, looking back between Fabian and Franko. "Catholics, you know? Have to love their level of devotion." Fabian's addition makes Liebowitz swing his feet to the side, standing up and off the couch. He steps over the pile of bodies and approaches the barrier again, full of confidence with that opening sealed. "Would we? And who would control us? You? The Luciferians? /God/??" Liebowitz holds his arms out. "I don't want to be controlled, I was controlled for far too long. No, /I/ want to be in control now. Take all these little pieces, desires these humans have and help them bring them out, so they destroy themselves." He keeps watching Fabian, falling quiet and just staring at the man. They can see the question forming in his swirling eyes, yet he doesn't ask it of Fabian. Instead he turns his attention to Franko. "So what do you want? What will make you walk away from this house right now. Money? I have plenty. Power? I can make you immortal." He says to Franko. His voice drops a bit as a thick smile spreads on his lip. "A go at one of those little girls downstairs? All can be arranged.
xxxxxWhen Misa pokes her head out of the window and looks around, she can see footsteps in the mud. Small, and handprints, showing that someone crawled through the window and stood up. Two people, it looks like. The blood on the fabric is still fresh. The two girls started heading away from the house when a new set of footsteps on the ground intercepts them. The two girls footsteps disappear and all that's left is the single adult sized footsteps taking long strides away.

Franko snickers softly at Liebowitz for a moment, then shakes his head as he takes another long drag of his cigarette. "Walk away? I can walk away. How about you start by telling me what you are, and what you're all about, and I'll consider it?" he asks as he takes a moment to glance to Fabian, having, frankly, no idea what the hell they're talking about. "Granted, he seems to know some shit. Guess that's another good source of information, eh?" he muses, still smoking away like a freight train. "Civility. You mean that mask people wear that goes away as soon as that false sense of authority the government and police represents goes down the shitter?" he asks, then shakes his head, obviously disapproving of those notions. Not that it matters, he's on your side!

Misa curses to herself and looks back into the house. There's a moment of hesitation. A short one. Part of Misa knows two months ago there wouldn't have been any hesitation. She'd leave the girls, walk back to the others, get a gun and come back down here to take a shot at Leibowitz. Hell if offered teh right things, she might even have helped him.

Part of Misa violently hates herself for it... but Misa grabs the silk and uses it to protect her hand while she tears out the glass from bottom of the window sill, then slips herself through, relying on that catsuit of hers to keep her safe. Then she bolts in teh direction of the foot steps. "This is so fucking stupid." she says to herself. She's pretty sure it's Velok that got them, but she has to be sure.

"There is always room for civility." Fabian retorts easily, "It's why I love humanity..." He idly looks over his shoulder, considering where Misa is off to before looking back, "Let's see here..." Fabian begins considering the portal with mild interest before flitting a smile, "Palace on the moon..." He utters softly half to himself. Looking back, he considers what Misa could be doing but sighs. He probably wouldn't be much help. Instead he looks back, "Oh, is it soliloquy time already? Sorry. I don't partake in such things. I quite like.... my secrets." He runs a hand across the portal before adding, "He's not going to go anywhere. It's up to you what you want to do, Franko. You can either... Sit here and wait him out, or we can just watch where he goes."

xxxxxLiebowitz keeps smiling, nodding his head. "I don't need to tell you what I am. He already seems to know." The man gestures his head towards Fabian. He says nothing on civility, not really being much an authority to speak on it. It's Fabian that /really/ captures his attention now, having mentioned humanity like that. "You're quite right, I won't be going anywhere. You could wait me out, I suppose. Like the waves against the sand one crashing blow at a time. Or you could join me, and let me grant you your deepest wish." Liebowitz folds his arms across his chest, leaving it open.
xxxxxWhen Misa starts to climb out of the window, cleaning off bits of glass from the bottom, a whizzing meets her ears through the air, followed by a sudden *THUMP*. The arrow embeds in the wood of the house just outside the window, enough that she can reach over and grab it. Dangling from the arrow is a slip of paper, having unrolled upon impact. A quick look around from Misa would prove difficult to locate the source, even with tracing the line of fire.

Franko gazes at Liebowitz for a while longer, then snorts in amusement and shakes his head. He gives a glance over to Fabian, then his gun, and hmmms softly. He turns back and reaches out to touch the barrier in the air, simply considering it for a little while. He seems to really be thinking about this one. "Mmmmm..." he says, then licks his lips as he finally, at long last, looks back to Fabian, then motions for the door. "I have an idea. You should step out if you're done." he tells him idly, then glances back to Liebowitz and shrugs. "Your choice, should've taken the deal." he informs him, like he can possibly do anything about the barrier or something.

Fabian lulls his eyes, "He's a fallen angel." Fabian says simply. Obviously he's not going to be able to hide that, "I've read quite extensively on them." He pauses, lilting his head this way and that, "I would have guessed of the Fourth house.... but the profile doesn't fit, "Fifth... Is most likely." He considers his own words before he adds, "They're not easy to kill. Which may explain why.... He keeps coming up. Then again, does he... Look the same each time?" Fabian considers of Franko, leaning idly against the barrier. If it were to fall, Fabian would fall fat on his ass.

Misa doesn't bother reading the note, the message is clear. She runs back to the stairs, at this point her breath is ragged, wheezing. One can hear her from her breething alone and every once in a while one can even hear a slight gurgle. Once she's back in teh room with the others MIsa is forced to lean against teh wall to break into a short coughing fit to clear out whatever she's gurgling. "Not dead yet?"

Franko shrugs his shoulders to Fabian lightly. "Oh, right, one of those things. Nah, he changed personalities after the last time. I'm kinda tired of hearing him talk though, so..." he grumbles, his hand coming up as he flexes it slightly, then motions for the door for them. Then he starts to walk out himself, apparently having some sort of plan or other. "You sound like shit." he tells Misa in passing. Because well, she does.

Fabian glances towards Misa from his vantage, lifting himself to walk over, "Everything okay?" He asks curiously, turning towards the others, "Here's the deal." Fabian says simply, "We can burn this place down, I can keep an eye on him from afar. If he attempts to flee, I will know." He pauses, "The only thing I can't guarantee is if he has a less... than conventional mode of escape. Which is... possible given the talents he's already displayed. I could still probably locate him, should that be the case... but I can't guarantee it wouldn't be far from here."

xxxxxWhen Franko turns to start walking away, Liebowitz stares the man down. "Consider my offer! It's likely you won't get another, and I'm /very/ good at finding out what people desire and granting them." And then watching them destroy themselves. He leaves that one out of the sales pitch, of course. Liebowitz's eyes turn to stare towards Misa as she arrives. "Well hello hello hello. I remember you." He says, able to see her fully now. He gazes at Misa, then smiles a little. "And now I know your face." He blows a kiss towards Misa, turning back around to walk towards the couch, since everyone is leaving. Misa nods to Fabian as she coughs once more. It sounds a bit wet, but she's able to get it under control enough to start talking. She grins to Fanko. "I look awesome though." she gasps before waving te others closer. "Can we just shoot through the floor, or tear teh flor out from under him? Maybe go in through the ceiling? House isn't too well built."

Misa peers over the shoulders of the others and gives Liebowitz a wink. "I am hard to forget sugar!" she says, offering a bright smile and a giggle... then some more coughing.

"You're both thinking too much." Franko points out as he continues to walk, simply strolling out the front door and towards the stairs. His only response to Liebowitz is flipping him off over his shoulder. "Live a little... And get your asses outside." he tells them again, and once he gets outside, he takes his cigarette from his lips and tosses it off, only to turn around and clear his throat, even going about spitting a little bit.

Fabian watches Liebowitz with a bit of pity. Mock or real. Tilting his head he adds, "I might consider working with you. As I said, Raveners can be.. quite useful." He looks at trhe gun in his hand before looking back up, "But the conditions need to be.. quite good." He takes a few steps towards the door, backwards, still watching Liebowitz, "What say you?"

Misa just keeps leaning against the door for now, listening to the conversation while starting to catch her breath. She sure as hell doesn't want to be in here when Franko does his thing, but she wants to hear what he has to say.

xxxxxLiebowitz peers out after Misa for a bit before he starts heading to the couch. The man stops and turns back to try and get a peek towards Fabian, calling back. "Tell you what, you guys walk away, leave your card, and we'll work out a deal that will make you salivate!"

"Card? I carry no card. I have your name, however. Should I wish to find you... I can." He flits a smile, "Sort of my thing, you know. You have a wonderful day." Fabian turns, leaving the house. He nods to Misa, offering her a chance to come with him.

Franko spits again, then unbuttons his shirt, sliding it off to the ground. He'd been wanting to try something... And this is as good a time as any to try it out. From his back sprout two rather large black, featherless, and leathery wings. Like... You know, a demon. Then he gazes up at the house and flaps a few times, lifting off the ground as he starts to fly around the home at an increasingly high speed.

Misa looks through the door one more time and pushes herself the rest ofthe way to her feet. She nods and looks to Liebowitz. "I'm more partial to red heads. You got any a those?" she asks standing in front of the door, making it clear she's on the way out, but waiting for an answer. She starts to dig into the pocket of her jacket.

xxxxx"The two today were only the beginning, I have more, already waiting for the proper place! I would only need time, and for you to have a little faith." Liebowitz calls back, though he makes no mention to the creepy black leathery winged thingie

"There is no lack of sin in the world." Fabian speaks softly as he hears his words. Looking up, he notices the Demon thingy, "Interesting...." He offers with interest before looking back down, "Misa, there is.. something heading towards the house. You may wish to cut it short..." He says, walking a few hurried steps away.

Misa is already on her way out the door. She knows pretty damn well what's out there and what's about to happen. She's heard about it enough.

Franko speeds up around the home, his speed increasing as he circles it. It's a tight circle, although he still looks exactly the same, plus wings! At least he's waiting for Misa to leave the home... Mostly. Just gaining speed, it seems, for whatever the hell it is. As Misa exits, and gets a safe distance away, he starts to spout giant ass flumes and globs of vile smelling green flame in a circle, of course engulfing the home and sending it into something of a cyclone of green and red fire. HA! Where's your doors now!

Misa doesn't think she needs awareness to know shit's on fire you. She steps out a good distance... a really good distance, not stopping her run until she's about a football field away. That's a good distance to go to not get burned right? No one catches fire in football. She turns there to watch the destruction. "Forgot he could do that..."

Fabian looks back, watching Frankostein with interest as he starts makings smelly green flames... However, he eventually goes distant, considering the house with a deep, renewed interest. When Misa speaks, he doesn't respond. He seems very intent on watching the house.

xxxxxFIRE! It's a good thing the house is equipped with state of the art smoke detectors and escape routes. Oh wait. The house lasts about as well as you would expect a beat up wooden modern day house when attacked by a fucking dragon. About the same as the thatched roof cottages. The roof starts to melt away first, little fires bursting to life on the outside walls Whatever might have remained on the third floor is surely melted fast enough that not even pain can register.
xxxxxWithout warning, they can all hear Liebowitz's voice. "So....your answer is no?" Liebowitz asks, the sarcasm apparent. Fabian can see him sitting carefully on the couch, his feet once more propped up on top of the two bodies. He seems particularly laissez-faire, even with the house starting to melt down around him from the force of the flames. "That's too bad. I was only going to offer once. We could have been great, you know. You and I. Perhaps we'll meet again, since one of you knows fully well how this won't stop me." Fabian can see the man casually brushing off his clothes as the room he's aroun dstarts to melt down, as the fires threaten to send his mortal body spontaneously combusting. "Bring on your fire. The pit will always be worse, and I have no intention of returning." Liebowitz's body bursts into flames first, the man casually sitting there as flesh starts to melt. Finally he raises the gun, the last bullet being saved for himself. A single shot rings out when placed to Liebowitz's head, the dead body slumping over.
xxxxxMisa's words are met with a quick response, as through the careful use of sneakysneaky, Velok's voice can be heard suddenly in response, directly behind her and to the right. The tall man stares towards the flames, his bow returned onto his back, arms across his chest. "I forgot too. Were you three successful?" He asks, keeping his eyes fixated on Trogdor

Franko comes to a stop as the home burns away fully, the wax-like flames giving way to normal fire and flames. And so Franko slows, eventually landing outside of the home, where he picks up his shredded shirt and peers at the front steps. "God dammit, I forgot my coat in there!" he yells out, grumbling as he turns around and walks over to where everything had retreated, the home collapsing into what is essentially a mildy radioactive pile of charred wood and green... Stuff. "Well, the bodies dead." he tells them as he approaches. "That's what you wanted done, right?" Interpretation of orders goes so well sometimes.

Misa shrugs. "Close enough... I mean he's down anyway. We already killed him before though so..." she crosses her arms and turns a little red, lowering he eyes as she steps closer to Velok, obviously not wanting the other two to hear the next part. "They gonna live?"

"See... The thing is... I could get rid of him perminently. Or at least.. lead you on the path to doing so... But the issue is this..." Fabian flits a smile, "That information.. is sort of sensitive. I don't like people having it. I'm sure you understand. However, there is... Something I might consider trading for." He lifts a shoulder, admiring the gun in his hand. Turning it this way and tha he looks back up, "I'm not even sure if you want to get rid of him fully, really. But... the offer is there, at least."

xxxxxVelok continues to stand there, waiting until the house is fully goop. He turns his head to take a look at Misa, reaching a hand up to rub against her cheek. He nods, trailing his finger up to brush through her hair. He leans over to whisper something to her, then straightens back out. "Misa raises a good point, he's died before.." His attention drags to Fabian and he tilts his head with a curious gaze. "Permanently, he's not dead by the fire? What do you mean get rid of him fully?" He looks back towards the former house, then to Fabian a couple times. He wasn't there inside with everyone, so the confusion is possible. He tries to look back towards the house again, to see some sign of a guy walking away

Franko motions to the house idly with his hand. "Well, the bodies' gone, that was the point. Whether or not it was Liebowitz in there or not, I really don't care." he admits with a slight shrug. Franko's weird, he's always been weird. "He was a fallen angel, apparently. Got in after Liebowitz died..." he murmurs to them, as best as he could understand from the conversation. "I don't know how that shit works, but he seems to." he states, pointing a thumb towards Fabian as he motions towards Misa. "Oh, and she was coughing pretty damn bad." he tells Velok, helpfully. Maybe.

Misa glares at Franko for some reason. "I'm fine." she grumbles. "He seemed pretty certain he's gonna get back up from this again. Also apparently has more mechandise somewhere. Didn't get where before shit started burnin." Her attention turns to Fabian though and the smile returns. "If you got an idea for makin sure SOMETHIN in the city stays dead I'm all ears. I have yet to see somethin stay down more than a month."

"There's your answer." Fabian motions to Franko, "He'll be back.. or she'll be back. Something I don't know." He pauses, looking over the three, "So... The offer is there. I don't really know what the level of your hatred for this thing is. If you want him to be destroyed." He flits a smile, "If you have what you already need then... Good. Probably better it's left here any way." When Misa speasks, he flits a smile, "You just need to know /how/ to get rid of something. Mindless violence isn't always the best answer. But... As I stated... That knowledge is of a premium, doubly so for me. I'm sure Velok understands why."

xxxxxVelok looks back to Franko with curiousity. "Oh.." He says at the angel part, his eyes dragging back away down to the ground. "/Oh/..." He repeats, his eyes finally looking back up towards Fabian. He doesn't seem particularly concerned with Misa's coughing, accepting her announcement of being fine. He watches Fabian, then nods. The man seems to be considering the very ideas that Fabian brought up He nods his head at the end, indicating he does understand why. "Liebowitz is dead." Velok announces, his eyes returning to the house. "Liebowitz died that night with his two daughters. That was who needed to die, and he did." Velok looks back to Fabian and nods. "It's been done before, we can talk about it if it's needed. It might very well BE needed, eventually. What was his name?" Velok asks, looking back to Franko. "Spell it phoenetically, don't say it." He points out, asking. His head gestures back down the street. "For now, in any case, the reason for this is dead, and our goal is accomplished. It's also possible he was bluffing about having more girls, he just wasn't around long enough to set up a network like that, unless the network was already there and he was just a part..." Velok trails away, looking back to Franko.

Misa grins. "Don't needa worry too much about it bein mindless. Quick question, they needa eat or drink?" she asks ever so sweetly. "Network would prolly already exist. City this big at least one." She watches Velok for a moment before looking to Fabian. "So... wait." she rubs her eyes. "Did the guy we killed die and is he gonna stay dead?"

"U-s-t-a-r-o-s." Franko tells Velok when he asks, then sort of pokes at the holes in his shredded shirt, and looks back to the pile of char with a slight frown. "Liked that jacket..." he murmurs, having left it out on the front steps. But he sighs, looking back to Misa and nodding for a moment, then over to Fabian with a slight shrug. "I've been advised against making deals with things I don't know much about. Nothing personal, started with another asshole." he points out, as if that's supposed to make him feel better. Really not good with words, eh? "But yep, mission accomplished." he says with a grunt.

"I don't take offense so easily." Fabian smiles, "So there you go, mission accomplished. Nothing you need worry on." He brushes a hand through his hair before musing to himself, "I think I want italian ice. That sounds really good right now. You should drop me off at an italian ice place." He pauses, glancing at the gun, "I probably shouldn't get italian ice carrying this."

xxxxxVelok purses his lips, nodding his head as the name is spelled. He doesn't say it, power being in a name. He gestures his head back down the street a bit. "The car is around the corner, we should go in case someone saw." He looks to Fabian and smiles gently. "Thank you, Fabian. You passed the completely impromptu test, surviving under pressure. That's important. Misa will fill me in on what happened in there later, but you made it out. He turns his body at first to start walking away. Franko doesn't get a thanks, bitch knows he did good. Misa gets something different. "The two girls are in the car with blankets, they think we're police. We'll be dropping them off." He says. The man takes one more look back towards the house, then to Fabian. He smiles, winking. "Italian Ice it is." He agrees, his gaze swinging to Franko. "And for you. Italian Ice for the Italian Stallion." With that he starts walking back to the car, grinning all the way.

Franko doesn't require thanks. Ever. I mean, not in words or anything, but you know. He just turns and starts to walk back towards the car quietly, pondering something. "I shouldn't sit in the back." he points out, of course meaning there are CHILDREN in there. He doesn't do children. Fuck that. "And I don't know what Italian Ice is." he muses, but shrugs his shoulders, apparently going along with it anyway.

"Wait... I passed the test by surviving? You do know how fucked up that is right?" He looks at the gun, "I'm going to name you... Aphrodite." He then looks at Velok, the to the gun. Nah. He instead decides on the vocal route, "I'm going to give you a test now. On etiquitte. And proper manners." He opens up the car door, "And not giving life or death tests with child molesters and giant beastly men." He shuts the car door, still ranting to himself as he admires the weapon.

Misa rolls her eyes and nods. "Alright I'll babysit." she grumbles. She is possibly putting on a show. "Get some ice for them too." she says before leaving teh grop to get to the car ahead. When Misa gets to the car she knocks gently on the window and pulls out a badge. Yes. Misa has a badge. Yes it looks real. She lets the girls see it for a moment, but not very long before folding it up and putting it away.

Misa leans against teh car and offers a polite smile to each girl. "Hey sweet hearts. My name is Misa. Is it okay if I sit with you? What're your names?" Her interrogation is polite and sweet, and if someone didn't know her better they'd think it was just a nice conversation to try and get the girl's minds off of what happened... not an attempt to get names and locations.
