He's come to Prospect alongside his two packmates and a pack of Talon kinwolves.
Their goal?
To help spread Talon blood and ease some of the cramped space of their home sept. He really hates being this close to a city and doesn't see this as a good home one bit, but it's not his decision. So he abides.
Barely.
Rumor is his deed name is attributed both to the fiery fetish claws he bears but also the lasting impact of his anger. He has a human name, though seeing him in Homid let alone using it are a 'white Christmas in Hawaii' level chance. It happens, but rarely. As for the human name of Raze? Well, some dumb Homid tried to work out a battle plan with him, got frustrated, and just blurted out, "Raze it all to the ground, for all I care!" The Talon figured that'd do just as well.

| I am a firm believer in ICA = ICC.
I also point out this is a Garou with Rage 8. While players tend to treat Rage differently, I'll be sticking as close to canon as possible. Which means I am fully cognizant that Raze will be a mean, surly, hair trigger beast that roughly 93% of anything generically mortal will avoid. Even by supernatural gauges, he's considered overly armed and dangerous the same as you might look at a person carrying pure nitroglycerine while on a trampoline. He *will* go off, it's just a matter of when and at whom.
This can lead to short scenes on my part should he get uppity, and if you're in imminent danger when interacting with him I'll let you know OOC so you have warning. If you are uncomfortable with him at any point, please contact me OOC so I can work something out. I'm not out to ruin your day but I will be keeping to a realistic Garou with a lot of Rage and I am rolling Frenzy on the side when applicable to gauge his reactions. So, just please be warned. I'm not out to murder anyone but this is a high risk (3) character. He's as much a danger to himself as he is to you.
