Felix is a recent arrival to Prospect. Extremely recent. In fact, it's maybe a week since he rolled into town with Lilah in a stolen Eldorado. It doesn't take much of an ear for accents to work out he's from the South, though it takes a little more skill to pin it to Memphis.

The pair had been travelling the country, just exploring, when the Caddy broke down in Fresno. The fix took most of their remaining cash, and since Lilah was getting tired of the road in any case, they decided to pick a place and stop a while, saving up again. That place is Prospect, and that while starts now...
