"......huh." Xiu lets out, as she hears Levi's explanation of 'Purification through pain. Lessions through woe.'. She falls very silent for a long moment, just gazing across the bath as the Bahari inside her...well, can suddenly relate to the Devil Tigers a lot more. A subtle smirk moves her lips...and then it fades again. "I see." she says. "I guess they are as nuanced as any other Dharma." Which, from what she heard so far about three of them now, might be quite true. "Still, it is curious how very different each is. I guess each has their own lessions to learn and duties to perform." That is something the witch can think in rather well. Duties. She glances at Hannah as her thigh gets squeezed, and she tenses it playfully, trained muscle tightening and relaxing. "In some ways? Yes." she remarks and lifts her chin a bit, eyeing Hannah. "At least in that situation you just described." They are all sitting in the pool - and it is almost picturesque: Xiu is sitting in the middle, both arms spread and resting across Hannah's and Levi's shoulders, as they..talk! Egads.
`Amaterasu's sake, what kinda ritual did I just walk into?` a voice comes as Shinju walks through the door to the private bathing room. She takes off her weathered kimono... and the way too many bags and bottles and, of course, her sword, that she has underneath it. `Devil tigers... bahah. I see. They've got you talkin' bout that. If I ever see one, I've got some choice words about what their kind did to the shrine....` Of course, the shining visage of Ryu wrapped around her body is there as well. He's still, but those eyes are always watching....
Levi rolls her eyes and levels a look to Xiu. "Let her met one cute devil tiger and watch how she swoons and changes her tune.." Levi says with a smirk. "..I spent many years.." And then she trails off, shifting her focus to Shinju and smiling faintly. "Ah, Priestess... How goes the restoration? Your studies? Will you join us?" She says with an almost teasing grin as she lifts an arm as if inviting her to come join the 'cuddle party' at her side.
Hannah watches Shinju ask what did she walk into "There's no ritual just yet. SO far there is no sisterhood that goes yah yah but that isn't out of the question should we decide to go on a road trip to find the perfect pair of pants..." Making a reference to some old movie. "What did they do?"
"Greetings, Shinju!" Xiu quips as the priestess walks in..and the witch watches the disrobing with natural curiosity. "Sounds to me like the Tigers are very...divisive." she murmurs, but that kind of already was a given, given their description so far. "I guess one day we will have one sitting here in our midst." She looks Shinju over for a moment. "I hope you are doing well, yes? We are just relaxing and talking politics and Kuei-Jin for the most part." She softly inhales. "I might have to head out soon though, alas. It is getting late."
`Yare yare daze...` Shinju mutters to herself in response to the prodding about the 'cute devil tiger'. `Fine, yeah, I'll join you... but if you touch me in the wrong place, I ain't gonna garuntee Ryu won't bite.` she says as she walks over to the side of the spring and slipsnin... away from the cuddle jamboree in the middle. Ryu's eyes glance between the others as they nearly imperceptably twitch their claws. `And they squandered and abandoned one of the most precious things this world still has. Why do you think I've had to do so much -work-? I'm doin' alright I suppose... really gonna leave me here with em, huh? We playing a tag team match?`
"Not going to join the cuddle-puddle?" Levi teases over to Shin with a grin, licking her teeth and giving a little laugh, detaching as Xiu gets up to leave and then slowly drifting closer to Shinju. Menacingly. "They /do/ certainly have a way of...Defiling places...Don't think?"
[Xiu and Hannah exit, Levi and Shinju soon exit after, together]
