The smell of fresh blood is filling the room, as Jackson stands there with a blade in his right hand, is dripping with it as he is speaking softly. His hand is moving as he has a bunch of garbage bags around his feet, as he lifts that blade to flick the blood along the altar, his eyes turning upwards his hand is rising upwards as he plunges his hands into the bag. Each victim from the last few days is laid there to bare in the father's light. Each one, someone that needed to removed, or just plain pissed him off. The chanting now at a fever pitch, as that Theruge throws his hand is forward kicking the flesh dumping it around, as he calls to the banes and the ones of bloody carnage, willing them to feast and willing them into action. The meat is melting, boiling, twisting in the shape of their desire, as he is kneeling now his hands stained crimson, as his fingers reaching upwards, as he starts to rock on the heels of his boots. He is dressed in a long black flowing robe, a pair of dark black Nikes, this is messy work, and one has to be ready for the bath in the carnage.

Kurt is tracking Jackson down, whether that's a good thing or a bad thing is yet to be determined. He's shadowed by a certain pixie haired kinfolk while he stalks the tunnels and twists of the Hive. He moves in his human guise, though he is still stripped of the suit preferring that runed armor and ritual loin cloth in the presence of brothers and sisters. The Philodox has never been one for ritual robes, so the woad blue body paint that covers him in even more blasphemous runes is his means of dressing the part. When they reach the darkness of the temple, and he hears the chanting, the wolf reaches for Georgina and keeps her from progressing much further, waiting in silence and watching as Jackson completes his ritual.

Russ has a way about him, he also have every spirit in the Pit trained to tell him when any stuff (especially ritual stuff) is going on in said Pit. He materializes far enough away to not immediately distract from the riutal but close enough to be seen, to over hear, and to watch the process with a subtle sneer written onto his feautres.

Russ is wearing a black ritual robe that is open down the front and glimpses of woad blue can be seen. Russ is shirtless below but wearing a pair of tattered black skinny jeans covered in paint and splashes of dried blood. The mantle of the ritual robe is bushy and black feathers stick out from it at awkward angles. His arms are bare save for the white strips of cloth wrapped around either wrist, these bandages are also clovered in splashes of blood and dried paint.

Georgina follows, hardly able to see but for the green cast of balefire torches, ebbing on the walls. She cannot see far ahead of her and this is especially true the further on Kurt stalks. She trips and stumbles where he moves gracefully, but she manages to keep up. The alternative being that she gets lost in the labyrinth and that in itself is motivating. When finally they come to a stop in the Temple, Kurt may be all stoic strength and personification of power, but she is huffing breathless, panting and pressed to the wall. She sinks into a weak squat, dragging down the wall, then collapsing onto her ass weakly. She sees Kurts arm out and looks to it with a wry, yet appreciative smile. The kin doesn't say what's on her mind. "Don't worry. I'm not going anywhere for a minute."

Jackson stands up slowly as his words fall around, filling it with a boom of passion as he turns gradually now to look at Kurt with a bowing of his head as he notices Russ giving the other elder equal respect. As he steps forward now as he looks down at the bag with a little chuckle."I told you, I would show you a new fucking world." The voice is so cold as he licks his lips slowly as he gnaws at his bottom lip with his teeth, as his hands are dripping with blood as he moves forward with each slow, steady step, as he looks between the two men."What do I owe the honor of my Beast of War and my Rite Master." His eyes are moving between them as he takes out a pure white silk hanky to wipe his hands slowly as he looks over at Georgina, a look of something over his eyes for a moment as she is sitting down, but for now he is silent.

Kurt gives a brief dip of his chin towards the Theurge at the altar as he turns about. "Petitioner," he greets with a sly smirk and a glint in those lambent green, draconic eyes. He rakes over the other man with quick glances as he observes the physical form for weakness - the instinctual habit hard to break. The scent of Russ is hard to mistake and he twists his head to let his balefire eyes slide over the Ritemaster in almost the same way - though there's a little more visceral sticking to the shirtless ginger. When he's done he turns back to Jackson and tilts his head, "I come to see how you are progressing in your studies, to see if you are absorbing the lessons taught. I can't speak for the Ritemaster," he says with a dismissive wave.

"You never could, not using the proper words, anyway..." Russ intones and he's across the room watching with a lazy lean against nothing written into his posture. He has his arms crossed, "Petitioner?" The Ritemaster is here with horns fully grown in as a set of black plated spirals with barbed edges and his eyes flick to Kurt with a smarmy grin. "You mean to take Jackson into your pack?" He scoffs softly and shakes his head, looking to Jackson, "Do you think you'll flourish under his teachings? Or fold from the weight of his ego?" Russ laughs to himself, a chuffing metis sound from a homid throat, shaking his head and looking down at the floor with a deeply bemused sigh, "Don't answer that, I aready know, the spirits show me plenty." He looks back up again and his grin sits sinister on his twisted features as he offers, "Would you prefer to learn from your Mentor? You've been my best student in the recent batch of Cliath, you could join my pack?"

Georgina bows her head between her knees, trying to silence the sound under folded arms, given every scritch and scratch of footsteps, every frail human sniff of a runny nose, and every ragged gulp of air seems to echo in some portion of the chamber. When finally her breathing steady, her feet shuffle in rock and rubble while she pushes up into a squat. She bounces into it, then rises and finally stands, reaching up with swinging hands groping the low hanging stalagmites to hold onto and be a constant reminder her of their presence.\

Jackson looks over at Kurt slowly as he speaks softly." Yes, yes, studies going well, and leading me to revolutions and revealing the truth! I'm removing that; I think I have a new path to walk, I have thought long and hard. I wish to master the umbra to control, shape, build, and make myself steady in the faith. War is a tool of father's but not sure if it's mine. I wish not to pick a path, till I know it's right for me. You understand, I'm sure, Ka'Mirska. " His voice is filled with passion, as his hands dripping downwards with the blood, as he snarls slowly with pleasure as he hears the feasting behind him. Banes are tearing flesh, ripping, sundering so much blood spurting into the air, as he looks over at Russ."I seek to better myself in the eyes of Father to do my auspice proud. I have taken in a Kinfolk as mine; she can see it all. Skilled, whispers of a bane bounded to her already. I see such greatness in her; I wish you to meet her, yes I do." Then the Rite master is speaking, as he thinks for a moment, as he nods slowly with a snarl of respect, his eyes locked on to Russ." Of course, you're my mentor, my teacher. How could I not join your pack; I will walk with you in the glory of Father. I did not think I was yet worthy of this, but I accept my new role if you see this in me." With that he takes a step towards Russ, as he looks at Kurt out of the corner of his eye, Goldie is ignored for now as he makes his way behind the rite-master, standing there behind him on the left side.

Kurt gives a low sound in his throat right back at the Ritemaster with a cruelly amused smile, "Not the words you would have preferred, Puck, but the Truth all the same," he reminds with some sly side-eye for the ginger in ritual robes. "He sought to join my pack after the Cleansing," he says with a slight shrug, "I am considering it, but last we spoke he was still confused about the way of the cosmos. If he has gotten over that, it is time to move along in the story," he drawls with that charming timbre. A dark chuckle comes from the Beast and he simply shakes his head at Russ, "The spirits show you what you want to see at times, Brother, never forget that they do not have your best interests in mind, you taught me that," he reminds the other Metis. Georgina is near enough that he can reach out to steady the poor kinfolk in her uneasy time down in the Temple itself. A mental note made to bring her down more often so she gets used to it. Attention shifts back between Ritemaster and Cliath for a moment and he smirks. "You could say no," the Dox points out but he seems amused regardless, "But you would probably be stupid to do, War and Power may not be your callings, Poison," he admits with a roll of broad shoulder.

Georgina is not huffing anymore, she is just watching from a niche in the wall, further back near the entrance, clutching the stalagmites that hang from the ceiling so she doesn't rap her head on them or worse get stabbed by one. Honestly, the whole fucking labyrinth probably has people speared on them. In that shadow, she looks to each man as he speaks and when she isn't looking to them, she's looking at the blood spurting everywhere.

Russ looks over his shoulder to Jackson as he comments, "You are young but I'll speak to my Beta and we'll move things along the right path to teach you the secrets of Bat. Bat knows the ways of War but he knows other secrets too." Russ turns back to face Kurt and he asks, "How is the pack going? You haven't taken another mate have you, brother?" His eyes don't even cut to Goldie but he grins broadly, "I haven't asked them but I am curious to know if you've been shitting on the Dark Litany again in the name of Power?"

Jackson spins his hand quickly over his belt as he removes something shiny silver in the light, as it glints resting in his right hand as his left arm is thrusted forward quickly with a wicked little chuckle. His eyes moving to Russ, as he moves the klaive quickly into his flesh plunging it deep into the flesh of his left arm as he starts to carve a symbol slowly into the flesh, the blood dripping down to the stone, as he starts to curve the sigil into his flesh for bat, as he grins at Russ with a wicked laugh of pleasure. “Of course, but first I wished to use the toy you gave me first to ink it into my flesh!" With that the silver blade is diving in and out of his arm, carving his forearm, into one of his blank spot on his arm. ”FOR BAT!"

The banes in the area around the Ritemaster coalesce in the near umbra and gather unseen by his feet, three or four of them writhing over each other in an effort to serve his wishes.

The "enchantress" has a look on her face like she's about to bolt.

Kurt nods slowly, "He is young, and ambitious, but also naive in some ways. It was my hope to keep him from making some of the same mistakes I did," he admits with a half-smile. "Now that is your responsibility, Puck," he draws easily with a hint of amusement in his tone, "We were still testing him," he notes with his lips curling into a wry smirk. A hand remains on Georgina's shoulder, keeping her upright at minimum and giving her an anchor point as needed in this unholy place. "The pack is well. My new Ahroun gives me cause to be proud constantly," he says with a slight beam, then he chuffs, "I wouldn't be an Elder if I was shitting on the Litany as much as you believe," he points out with a shake of his head. "No, I don't take Mates," he states rather bluntly without much explanation, "The Dark Litany is our way of life. Something your Cliath had to learn...seems to have learned," time will tell.

"I've beaten lessons into harder heads.." Russ watches on respectfully as Jackson marks himself in the name of Bat and he even takes a half step back when he sees the weapon the choice- giving the klaive the respect it deserves. Russ stands with bated breath but when there is no Frenzy to follow he looks back over to the other Elder. "I'm glad to hear it. You can't blame me for asking, the sins of my brothers and sisters is my business." He opens his hands wide with the palms up like he was ready for a hug. "May the Father keep you in his arms and guide you."

Georgina grapples Kurt's forearm with one hand and turns her cheek to the top of it. She watches, quiet now, whatever threat might have spooked her initially seems to have abated. Now she is instead focused on doing what she can to keep Kurt present, tactile touches and strokes at his skin, nips at his hand and wrist.

Jackson slides the klaive back into the side of his robes, as it seems to vanish into it with a wicked smile. His arm is dripping down blood, mixing with his victims on his hands, as he lifts it proudly into the air, showing off his marking."Of course, Alpha." His voice is soft, filled with pleasure as he looks over at Russ with a wicked little laugh, as he looks over at Kurt.

Kurt chuffs low and then smiles with a wicked little glint in his eyes, "Do you forget who the Elder Judge is, Brother? Our brother's and sister's sins are my business as well. Justice and Balance will be served," he croons with a little wink. Georgie's sweet grip on his arm remains unacknowledged for now, allowing her to keep him semi-grounded through the use of her fingers and teeth on his skin. Those thick digits curl and pet over her hands while the wolves continue to speak. He now looks to Jackson and tilts his head slightly, studying the Cliath for some time before finally speaking. "Continue to walk the path closely, Puck will not be kind if you stray, I will still be keeping a sharp eye on things," he notes with a half-smirk of knowing. Russ holds his arms out as if to embrace and he gives the Theurge a cocked eyebrow. "I know that he does," is all he says with a simple nod.

Russ retains his pose with a quiet respect and when Kurt doesn't leave his hands do eventually fall back to his side with a quiet smile on his face. "I only forget that which isn't worth remembering." When Kurt mentions he'll be keeping a close eye on them that earns a wink from Russ and a somber nod, "As I would expect... do try to stay one step ahead of us or there will be nothing for you to judge." He looks back over to Jackson, "I believe we're done here, unless you had anything else for the Beast?"

Georgina is quiet, gripping and nuzzling, stroking skin blindly. Her attention cuts sharply to each as they speak, but she says nothing. She hardly breathes.

"I'm good, I think that needs to be spoken today has been, I wish you a good day Beast of war. Till next we see each other." Jackson takes out a red silk hanky, as he wraps it around his arm slowly, as he fishes out a pair of blood stained black gloves to slide over his hands."Have a nice day Georgina, I hope the rest is better." His voice is teasing, playful as he waits for Russ now, waiting behind the man slightly to the left, he will follow his alpha.

Kurt chuckles low, "Hopefully you still remember how painful the Truth is," he drawls at the ginger. "If you insist on robbing me of such things, I will just have to repay you in kind, Ritemaster," he doesn't seem all that aggressive or perturbed, simply amused and at ease. "You're over-eager, and you still have problems focusing, Cliath," he reminds, before glancing back towards Russ with a sly smile, "Your dedication to the raising of the next generation is truly impressive, I only hope you don't disappear on your new pupil," he smiles and then glances towards Jackson one more time. "Do remember you're a Spiral, no more slips," he admonishes before simply lifting Georgina up by her hands and sliding her around so that she ends up draped over a shoulder. Easire than having her trip as he disappears into the darkness of tunnels with a low laugh.

Georgina hmfs when lofted over a shoulder and grabs for what she can to steady herself.

Russ watches the Philodox walk away and he puts a hand on Jackson's shoulder, conversationally, as they both fade into the Umbra without resistance.
