PURE BREED AND BSD KINFOLK
The value of the Pure Breed stat in Kinfolk is primarily an increased chance in the birth of a trueborn Garou child, which translates into genetic and spiritual characteristics any Garou can sense in the Kinfolk. This is a dubious honor at best, given the already great power imbalance between Garou and Kinfolk, but among the Black Spiral Dancers this is practically a curse. Lacking the social ethics and morality of Gaian Garou, the Black Spiral Dancers have none of the peer safeguards that prevent Kinfolk from being treated like chattel slaves, and will not balk at using a Pure Breed Kinfolk (of ANY rating) as breeding stock until that Kinfolk's demise. Because of this, at this time we are no longer allowing Pure Breed to be taken by BSD Kinfolk at all.
