Justin has shaggy brown hair that sometimes falls across his face in an unkempt mop. It could do with a good grooming and perhaps a trim. One look can tell that he is of mixed heritage. Puerto Rican and Caucasian blended together to create this lanky young man with brown eyes. He has a sturdy frame about him, just under six feet in height. Justin tends to wear destroyed denim jeans, worn down sneakers and simple t-shirts under an olive colored military jacket with a number of patches sewn into it. He can easily be overlooked in a crowd.
Places: Justin is from Sacramento, California and has spent a little bit of time in San Francisco. Feel free to use that as a plot hook for bringing new characters or in need of contacts from those two cities.
After spending a few months in Prospect, Justin has left and went back home to Sacramento. He wasn't vocal about it.
