** Newly established in town after they had an "restructuring" in Texas about 3 years ago.
** They own a pool hall downtown, Styx and Stones

** Harbingers was originally an offshoot of a larger MC though it's uncertain as to which one. Some say Mongols, others the Outlaws and there's even some that claim Hell's Angels.
** They were into quick-cash operations, drugs, guns, etc. Often crossing back and forth across the border into Mexico.
** Their leader's a guy named Dawson.
