Celeste herself is recognizable kinfolk (Pure Breed 2) and loyal to her sisters as well as the Garou Nation, although she has become substantially more cautious with dealing with Garou since her awakening. The Avatar, Dionysus Celeste's avatar is the god Dionysus and she has Primal Marks flaw, showing her as his servant and a Maenad (or Bacchante). There is something both in her features and her presence that marks her. The Cult of Bacchus Celeste is a tradition mage and a member of the Cult of Ecstasy.
