Members can log in and update everyone on the progress that has been made. The idea is we can see where we need help, or what has been accomplished so we can help each other and not duplicate our efforts.

New Membership - Any Director can nominate someone as a Potential to join The Directors. New members will be accepted on a majority vote of the Directors on if someone should be admitted to membership. New members will be brought in as Associates. Directorship - Any Director may nominate an Associate in good standing to take a Chair on the Director's Panel. 2/3 majority is required for an Associate to be promoted to seat as a Chair. The Associate being nominated should have the minimum criteria for representing that Chair (Influence 3).

What is Known

  1. Date: 7 MAY 2018 - Prospect is a growing Praxis of influential and powerful individuals. The Camarilla requires a bastion of symbolism that it can unite behind and a unification of its resources in order to effect change when called upon to do so. A large dominant physical structure in the center of the city, where all the Clans can unite and work together towards common goals in achieving ends and mutual cooperation of goals and ideas.

  1. Clearing: - The location of Broadway & 4th street will need to be rezoned and authorization for the purchase and construction of a skyscraper in that area will need to be cleared with the City and Zoning Commission.
  2. Acquisition: - Some existing businesses exist in that area currently, they will either require purchasing of foreclosing/demolishing in order to make room for the Emerald Plaza
  3. Public Relations: - Putting up a skyscraper is going to take the popular vote, and the more the media and high society types like the idea, the easier it will be to get City approval and cooperation from local companies.
  4. Materials: - Sourcing the right materials, clearing the building regulations, and getting secret additions added without visibility is going to require effort, and a good knowledge of the industry.
  5. Business Sector: - A large scale action like this, is likely to face litigation as well as attacks and disgruntlement from the local government. Someone will have to be ready to protect the interests on this front.
  6. Security: - The site itself is bound to be ripe for pickings, not to mention the Sabbat will probably want to cause havoc when they get word that a Camarilla Skyscraper is being erected in the middle of downtown.
  7. Underground: - Access points, tunnels, and work beneath the building to link transportation avenues will need to be made so that supplies, resources and people can be ferreted in and out of the building without visibility.

  3. Details: The area of Broadway and 4th St. will require rezoning efforts in order to build such a large structure. Emerald Plaza will be the largest building in Prospect, so it will require clearance for height and will have to comply with all of the state and city requirements. It is entirely possible that The Directors will get some push back on this.
