He was one of their hit men once upon a time, then disappeared, surrounded by rumors of his untimely demise, before reappearing on the scene suddenly. He now seems to have retired and serves as a bureaucrat or functionary for the triad's elder, rather than as an active soldier. A good act does not wash out the bad, nor a bad act the good.
