Those with an ear deep, deep in the city will know that it is something more. Something that cops can only get the faintest rumor about. Aleksei does a remarkable job of keeping under the radar, discretion above all. They launder money for the Russian Mafia. He's been improving the area in which he works to draw in bigger business and increase his profits.
