Storytelling:

I can run PRPs, familiar these days primarily with C:tD, but I probably could pull my vampire brain back with the proper motivation. I'm also more than happy to run things for M/M+ characters. When I do ST, I generally go very rules-light; for me, it's about the story and having a grand ol' time. I do not have the philosophy of GMing that says that I am in competition with my players -- while I do indeed do horrible things to the PCs, I do so in the name of everybody enjoying themselves. I absolutely hate killing characters. I've done it, as an ST, and it I always end up feeling SUPER awful. This knowledge is not a get out of jail free card, though -- if you decide to have your character jump off of the 200 story cliff without a parachute or some other means of saving their ass...expect that your character will die.

Also, Lark is a Seer, and she's got Bard's Tongue and a few other things going on. She's a GREAT plot-use character; if you're running something and want her to drop a hint to your players, please do feel free to let me know. I am always more than happy to help.

Risk Level:

All of my characters are and will be Risk 2 on CoH. While I do not at all mind horrible things happening to my characters, I have no interest in any of them being taken out of play permanently for random reasons. As well, with retaliation, I'd prefer to work through something that's going to be fun for both of us. On that same vein of thought, if my PC is going to retaliate in some fashion against someone else's, and the route that I go is going to muck things up for your fun, or if something I do will ruin your enjoyment on a longer-term scale, please let me know, and I'd be happy to work with you to find a compromise (if one is possible). My characters are all various shades of terrible people (in different ways), so if playing with me frustrates and/or upsets you (the player) and/or makes the RP unfun, let me know. Sometimes I can scale them back easily, but even if it's not, I'm happy to work with you OOC to compromise, figure out / arrange something to change the dynamic between the PCs. It's not always possible, but there's no harm in making the attempt.

Looking For:

I'm looking for a few different characters for various roles/connections for my characters, so if you're looking for a concept and would like to have a hook in to somebody, feel free to tag me so we can discuss.

Lark: Street guy from Spokane, long-term associate of Lark's. Ugly relationship (not romantic/sexual at all), but beneficial to them both. Generally works in security / as a bouncer wherever he ends up.

Lark: Someone/anyone from the Barony of Phoenix's Rest that knows what she supposedly did there. More details provided if you're interested; this is a background connection / a way for things to end up getting brought up IC. I will say about it, though, that she didn't actually do the thing in question, but everybody back there is convinced she did.

Lark: Employees for Off the Record, her coffee shop / music store / bookshop / eclectic little hangout. Also acoustic performers or poetry night reciters; the place has a little stage.

Rhea: A successful Baroness in San Francisco, Cassia passed off the hold and her title to her heir recently and brought only three of her retinue with her to Prospect. She had a hard time getting most of them to stay behind, and it's entirely possible that some of them would eventually follow her. Of particular interest would be her Troll Captain of the Guard -- a former bandit, he's been in her service for like 20 years. But really, any concept/kith/etc would generally work for this, it'd just be a good way to come in with a ready playgroup. She would accept any House, any Kith, and either Seelie or Unseelie, provided they were a good fit on the personality level. Liam is also OK, though there would be special arrangements in that case.

Mnemosyne: Friends from New York or Seattle would be nice, or if you have a role she could fill for a connection to your PC, I'd be happy to entertain it. She is a former professional escort (mostly for military clients, but not exclusively), so she's probably met a LOT of people. People who served in the military with her father / bodyguard would also be cool, too.
