The Platinum Gate is fractured. The Great Eye has crusted over with spiritual-sickness.
The Land is poisoned. You breathe filth, and toxin. You have poisoned The Sea; I can feel it
I can feel the stink of bleach running through my veins, the poison of petroleum and gasoline,
I...can smell the blood of dead-men in the waters growing daily!

This is not your Plane - it was borrowed, and while We were imprisoned You have failed in Your own Duty: We will not fail in Ours - Sky will rage, Land will split, and The Sea will rise up to swallow this world! The Deep Ones will climb up from the bottom of the trenches, and molest Your pathetic race until nothing remains but rubble, and blood - and even that will be washed away..
..But that will take time, and patience. So much patience...and meanwhile? I will gather what I need, I will gather the numbers and the power, and the Lores. The Others my...'Brethren'...have their own plans, and none of them are my own. Many are corrupted by their Vessels and that too does not matter, because they at least remember The Great Deluge; and that scares them but their efforts will not stop my House from ridding this world of humans...and the Children of Caine..
- But, what is He-Beneath-the-Waves looking for?
Well, that's depending on you. This character is of course labeled as a 'Black-Hat' in that he is a Bad Man. But unlike some, he isn't out for the end of all existence; just the human-race, and vampires. I know, I know. That's a bit of a leap. But what is he looking for? Let's start with what he is NOT looking for (in a Thrall):
Drug-dealers, addicts, whores, deviants and cannibals.
Assassins, psychopaths and mass-murderers.
- He is not rich, at all. He has no job, no career, and no great wealth of influence. He is used to being used as a weapon, and so now that mentality remains: He is a Hammer, and all his problems are Nails.
- I'm unsure of how to approach, do you have ideas?
He is a Patron of a few different groups, and that is how maybe you can find out about him! Or perhaps he'll be drawn to you and...we can go from there.
