Garou Big Cat Reserve: Most local Bastet and their Kin know about the Garou Big Cat Reserve, a project outside of Prospect where one of their Homid Kinfolk had established a sanctuary and breeding program for their Feline Kin. Even the general mortal public in the area would have heard perhaps at least of the "Learning Days" where anyone can pay modest admission and spend an afternoon learning about the animals and the reserve's conservation efforts. Maybe you heard about the founder's death a few years back? Maybe you've tried to make contact and been given the name of her son, Phillipe? It's also a hotspot for many of the local Bastet and their kin. If any of this sounds up your alley, give me a shout.

Tribal Elder: Phillipe is the most senior Bagheera in the area, as well as the only Bon Bhat Bastet in Prospect at all. As such, he has claimed this area as his territory - but so long as other cats don't create problems for him, the Bastet, or the broader community of Fera, he leaves them almost exclusively to their own devices. He and his kinfolk husband do a lot of work organizing, teaching and supporting the local Bastet - and his pride does much the same for the wider community of Fera. If you're new Fera to the region, it's safe to say his name comes up (especially for cats) and the Reserve is a sanctuary space where those who need help or protection - or are in need of training or information - are always welcome.

Bon Bhat Contact: Most Bagheera who've spent any decent amount of time in America have at least heard tell of the black panther Bon Bhat named Tamar, the Spirit Sister. Phillipe once called her kuasha and now considers her a friend. She's notoriously difficult to get hold of, though, so if you need her specifically (or one of the Bon Bhat in general) her former kitten is probably your best bet.

Mistaken Identity: Erythristic "strawberry" leopards are exceedingly rare. Very few people know of others beyond the one male from the South African game reserve made famous in a National Geographic photograph. Are you a NatGeo fan or a trophy hunter? This leopard's coat is definitely unique.

Cold Fish: Phillipe is kinain to the crawlers and has begun to establish a foothold niche within the kithain community. Officially a member of Lord Dairmuid ap Fiona's court, he has connections in many strange corners and is always looking to establish more. Need information? Have information to sell? Want something terribly difficult to get hold of? He might just be the man for the job.
