| Mr. Black is a free ghoul who Garan has bound 3 times with a sip of his blood. He does not know this as it was performed via subterfuge. A few drops in a martini glass here, a spiked angel food cake there, that sort of thing. Black has never seen Garans real face and in fact only meets him face to face except to be given special assignments, and then always in an isolated location and always under disguise. Any and all other forms of communication are done through an intermediary or by cell phone.
AKA There is no images in Blacks mind of Garan. There is no lingering resonance vibe things off his mind affecting powers. Black can not be forced to reveal Garans identity through ANY means as he simply does not know it. He finds his own vampire blood, or in a pinch Garan provides him with stolen vampire blood, NEVER his own. So Garans blood is not coursing through his veins.
