Brogan is a musician that was gaining some popularity in certain circles. However the band is on hiatus due to the separation of Brogan and Slaine.

Brogan is often times found there. Used to be a frequent customer and ended up working there helping Cherazart run it. They have since become engaged. No date has been set yet for their union.
