A IT and Security expert she is works both sides of the fence when needed (or she spots something really shiny). From what can be deciphered from her jaw-bending cockney accent delivered at a million miles an hour and using swearing as punctuation she is certainly friendly enough, and very curious. Although sometimes it is hard to shut her up long enough to get an answer in.
