- Merciless Truth - Alpha, leader. Our mission and our future rest on your shoulders. I see that weight getting heavier, but don't mess up, I'm watching you.
- Lightning-In-The-Sky - Skald. You are Wendigo, and you are sin-born; neither are traits in your favor. But you are my charge, and I will watch over you as if you were my own sister.
- Vidar's Might - Godi, smith. Poet, eccentric. Solid as a rock, I can always rely on your discipline and skills in battle, and to take charge of a tactical situation if needed. You don't know it, but you are worth your considerable weight in gold.
- Slashing Laughter - Rotagar. You are young, sometimes rash, but I see your potential. You remind me so much of Rebecca, that I feel obligated to protect you. You are what Rebecca might become if she bred true; that thought worries me more than the Apocalypse.
- Weber - Aetling soldier, Black Eagle. Don't think I don't see the guilt you carry. You are more complicated than I expected, and you are going to make things complicated.
