Idyllwild Fief

The Camarilla Praxis of Idyllwild may be one that has only recently started, but it is populated and founded by Elders that have been around much longer than the Sects themselves. While this is a small community, it is high in tourism, as well as education in the arts.

The Elders of Idyllwild have setup this Praxis as a place to be on the look out for any impending issues, and be at the ready to assist the childe of Prospect, and surrounding domains if called up. They have the experience in dealing with issues from Vlad Tepes, to Earthbound demons, Anarch Revolts, and the like. With far reaching contacts within the Camarilla and in all the Sects, they have ways to get things done, and talents honed over the centuries.

New members are welcome to apply. As the population grows, so will the opportunities. It is a small community, so only a limited number will be allowed to remain. Please seek out the Leaders and send in a letter if interested. The Grand Library Elysium found at the Idyllwild Arts Academy is welcome to all.

Domains

The Duke holds Domain over her entire city. She then has the option of parceling out areas of control to be held by the Kindred of her choice. While the Duke still holds ultimate authority, these smaller areas are a combination of fiefdom and controlled hunting preserve for the vampires lucky enough to receive them. Of course, these Kindred are also responsible for enforcing the city's laws within their domains, so domain comes with responsibility as well as authority.

As the Domain of a city is under the Duke's authority, the clans of the Praxis will be awarded control over various territories. Each clan who is granted a territory within the city must guard it carefully for fear that the Duke will award it to another, rival, clan. Though individual Havens may be located outside a clan's territory, the region is mostly a designation of where that clan feeds and where others may not.
