- Allison - I've struggled a long time with survivin', but no matter what you have to find something to fight for.

- Ratkin : The woman is a soldier of Rat. Even she isn't certain if she follows Mother Rat, or the Rat God. All she knows is that she has a duty, and as a Warrior of Rat she will fulfill it.
- Apocalypse : She feels that the other Gaians do not take this threat seriously enough. The signs are everywhere, and the end is fucking nigh. She spends a lot of her time preparing both herself and her kin for the End of Times, and what it will take to survive in the aftermath.
- Kinfolk : She personally takes care of twenty Ratkin Kin, the majority of which are homid born. They live in a community in the desert, walled-in and based around an old bomb shelter. The community is still being built, and they're trying to bring in other people who will help survival when it's All Over. They train in farming, hunting, survival tactics, guerrilla warfare and similar. Most of them were rescued by Kenzie from an apocalypse cult she was a member of. The irony is missed by her.
- Daughter : She has a ten year old daughter, Allison, who is the center of her world. She's training the girl to survive like the others.
