This man knows pretty much every detail about the Garou, including their history, legends, tribal traditions, etc. Hell, he knows more then almost any -Garou- about Garou. He also knows quite a bit about the other races that he really, really shouldn't.
Kinfolk
He was born and raised among Shadow Lords as Kin...and he hates and fears them. He has little issue with other Garou, and may even seek a mate outside of the Tribe. He was treated utterly terribly.
On-the-run
He fled from his 'mate' in Portland, Maine, and she is FURIOUS.
