Preamble
Following a gruesome automobile crash in 2006 that widowed and left her the sole proprietor of a private investment firm, Jennifer Aguilar has all but relocated to the Prospect area from her previous home base of southern Orange County where her and her husband were a common fixture. In the wake of Richard's death, she is known to have become reclusive and less willing to maintain the business which was downsized slowly over the following years. A scarcely used house is all that remains in Laguna Niguel as Jenny searches the Prospect area for a place to drop anchor.
