While it is in the sky the supernatural community has come unglued. Concept Something has turned the moon BLOOD RED and it is affecting supernatural creatures throughout the city. Although the phenomonea of the Blood Moon is not -necessarily- something supernatural, the rising of this moon has caused Garou to rage more quickly and vampires to act nearly drunk. For every night the Blood Moon is in the sky the whole of the supernatural world has been lit up and no one knows why.
