Kindred Designation Petition Procedure Privileges Petitioned For Granted by
Applicant Refer to the Camarilla sections on the wiki page for Camarilla/New Arrivals#NON-CAMARILLA All Kindred may petition for the privilege of being Introduced within the Greater Prospect Domain.

Obviously, this is easier for individuals associated with sects and factions that have established agreements with the Camarilla (locally and globally), such as Anarchs, the local Giovanni, etc.

The Imperial Herald
Introduced Be introduced at Court (see Camarilla/Introduction).

You may state at this time which privileges you would like to petition for --- note you will have none of these privileges until you are Approved.

The privileges available to Approved Non-Cam are:

  • Frequenting businesses
  • The ability to be granted feeding rights by a domain holder
  • The ability to petition to open/run a business
  • The ability to establish residence in Greater Prospect.
Privilege of seeking 'Approved' designation.

After the introduction, the Non-Cam may be granted the ability to transit the city for 24 hrs, i.e., pass through, no stops, no hotels.

The Imperator
Vetted Non-Camarilla will be vetted by an Imperial officer or noble --- this may include and in-person interview, and background check. Privilege of seeking 'Approved' designation. The Imperator
Oathed Non-Camarilla seeking approval must swear the Oath of the Tower in the presence of the Imperator --- see Camarilla/Oaths. This step is required for Camarilla seeking to be Approved. The Imperator
Approved Anarchs that are vetted and have sworn the Oath of the Tower are eligible for approval by the Imperator. The privileges granted an approved Non-Cam may be tailored depending on the outcome of the vetting process, and the circumstances of their introduction.

Generally, approved designation grants non-citizens greater access to the Greater Prospect Domain.

Approved non-citizens may be permitted to:

  • Frequent businesses normally.
  • Feed at Secrets.
  • Feed in domains as granted by the domain holder.

Approved non-citizens may further petition the Imperator for the privilege of:

  • Establishing residence within the Domain.
  • Establishing businesses within the Domain.

When petitioning the Imperator for privileges, bear in mind that it will be a negotiation. Since non-citizens are not subject to the boon system, it is recommended that they come prepared to offer something of commensurate value to the Imperator. This negotiation will occur in court, but the terms of the deal may be delivered to the Imperial Herald prior to court if there is a desire for discretion. If delivering an offer prior to court, you must allow adequate time for delivery and consideration of the proposal.
