"Concentrate all your thoughts upon the work at hand. The sun's rays do not burn until brought to a focus."

xxxxx― Alexander Graham Bell

Hope Is Like The Sun:

Which, as we journey toward it, casts the shadow of our burden behind us.

xxxxxxxxxx- Samuel Smiles

Crankypants: "Aw. Don't be upset. I don't think you're a jackass. ... Well, maybe not a complete jackass? ... They just need to see you smile every so often! ... that's not smiling, Busiris. And THAT is inappropriate!"
The Good Doctor: "Truly fascinating, and so talented! A promise of hope and the possibility of help for so many in need. What could possibly go wrong?!"

A Single Sunbeam:

Is enough to drive away many shadows.

xxxxxxxxxx- St. Francis of Assisi

[[Mummy]]: A particularly Ra-inspired sort, she is a ray of sunshine among the Reborn. She is new to this rather unusual condition, but recently freed of her weakness of vanity, and more than pleased to meet more that have sloughed off the bitter bindings of humanity and become something new. Something more.
[[Medicine]]: Doctor Feelgood at your service! Wounded? Ill? She's very likely quite willing to help you out. She has a nearly encyclopedic knowledge of the medicinal, but is always keen to learn something new, or old, or renewed, or... perhaps you know somewhere she's needed? Call her a fool, but she just can't resist the lure of aiding those that could benefit from her service. Gullible would be a kind word, but one should always be wary of the smiling ones. Somethin' just ain't right.
[[Military]]: She was in service to the Israeli Defense Force as a disease containment and recovery unit, and then employed as a field surgeon and combat medic stationed primarily in Tel Aviv when she met an unfortunate yet invigorating end. She still retains a rather regimented (bordering on obsessive compulsive) nature when it comes to her life.
[[Advocate]]: An advocate for military veterans, willing to go to bat for the downtrodden forgottens that litter the streets. She currently seeks financial aid to open a Veteran's Wellness Center with the slogan 'A chance to give back to those whom sacrificed everything for the freedom of all.'. She treats veterans with ailing health free of charge, and word on the street is that she knows a great place to get some free chow, as well.
[[Israeli]]: Though Egyptian blooded, Eden was born and raised in or around Tel Aviv, Israel. Are you from the holy land? Do you share her interest in the ancient things that still lurk, lost amid rock and sand? She's a collector of old things from the Middle East -- have some antiques you'd like to unload? She's probably interested.

Do Not Go Gentle:

Into that good night. Rage, rage against the dying of the light.

xxxxxxxxxx- Dylan Thomas

Remember - Josh Groban

Remember, I will still be here

As long as you hold me,

In your memory

Remember, when your dreams have ended

Time can be transcended

Just remember me.

I am the one star

That keeps burning, so brightly,

It is the last light,

To fade into the rising sun.

I'm with you

Whenever you tell, my story

For I am all I've done.

Remember, I will still be here

As long as you hold me,

In your memory.

Remember me

I am the one voice

In the cold wind, that whispers

And if you listen,

You'll hear me call across the sky.

As long as I still can reach out,

And touch you

Then I will never die

Remember, I'll never leave you

If you will only

Remember me

Remember me...

Remember, when your dreams have ended

Time can be transcended

I live forever

Remember me

Remember me

Remember... me...
