Streetwise 3 He is some kind of investor or businessman. Originally from the county of Derry in Ireland. Seems to have a bit of money to him too.

Streetwise 4 Word has it that he is a fixer of some sort, A negotiator and mediator that comes in when you need a neutral party to handle a dispute or finalize a deal.
