Streetwise 3 Brohain? well I have seen him a time or two, He is involved in business from what I have gathered and some of the things I have overheard. Some kind of negotiator.

Streetwise 4 Word has it that he is a fixer of some sort, and mediator that comes in when you need a neutral party to handle a dispute or finalize a deal. And from what I have heard? Well he seems to dance that fine line between legal and illegal depending on the money.
