Interestingly enough, he doesn't actually seem to live in either Barrio Chino or Chinatown, but somewhere "up north" instead. He can usually be identified by the matte black Kawasaki racing motorcycle that he drives into and out of Prospect and Tijuana. ♦ Crime/Street: MoGui seems to have a great deal of influence with the Azure Dragons Motorcycle Club. They mostly ride between the mojave desert and Fern Valley. ♦ Occult: He's known to be a practitioner of Zi Wei Dou Shu, known to those in the West as Purple Star Astrology, one of the most well-respected processes for laying out "The Destiny Path" or "Fate". In ancient times, Zi Wei Dou Shu was restricted to the exclusive and private consultation of the Imperial Emperors only as Zi Wei Dou Shu could provide an elaborate reading too detailed and classified. Zi Wei Dou Shu has been used by professional consultants and practitioners for the past 1000 years to determine one's destiny and as remedial Feng Shui strategies. ♦ Secret Origins!: Alter Egos & Mystery Men Thomas "MoGui" Hu has led a colorful and interesting life! Born roughly a decade or so before the onset of the Second World War in Hong Kong to a Devil Tiger who deceived and seduced a mortal Hong Kongese hedge witch, he was given up after birth by his mother to keep him from falling into the hands of his father, hoping to avoid whatever dastardly designs the wan kuei had for the child. Growing up a rough and tumble orphan on the streets of pre-war Hong Kong, Thomas's life took on an extraordinary trajectory when he was located by his mother's Guide, Mr. Fu, and the former Electrodyne Engineer Captain "Levinbolt" al-Mirzam of the aethership Nashira. Taken on as the Captain's ward, and nicknamed "MoGui", he came of age during the Second World War, fighting as sidekick alongside the Captain and his Irregulars against the occult forces of the Axis. The conclusion of the war also brought about the dissolution of the Irregulars, leaving MoGui alone once more, save for the guidance of Mr. Fu.
