"By concealing yourself in the flesh of your enemies you can constantly escape detection while committing countless evil acts. The different bodies will keep the authorities guessing, and when you get bored you can simply shed your current skin and move on to the next. There is also a great deal of fun to be had with tormenting heroes with this fashion. Consider, 'Mom, is that you?'"
- How to Be a Villain, Neil Zawacki
Bright
The sheer force of Dominique's emotions is enough to weaken the Shroud around her, somehow. Mechanically, this has three different effects. One: the difficulty of all rolls involving piercing the Shroud (such as most Arcanoi that target nonwraiths, for example) is reduced by one. Two: It becomes easier for regular mortals to cope with encountering her; for purposes of The Fog, mortals get +1 Willpower. Three: As she's more noticeable than other wraiths, any of the Quick actively seeking wraiths in general will typically target her over any others, and any Quick trying to locate her specifically get +1 die to their pools for such attempts. (Merit: Bright.)
Corporate Keyser Söze
She's pulling a lot of corporate strings, and nobody knows who she really is. Oh, there are whispers. Hushed boardroom conversations about some mysterious woman known only as Miss Fortune (hah, the puns, they burn!) who supposedly knows everything, is everywhere and nowhere, granting wealth to the deserving and ruin to those that spite her. They don't really believe in her, they say. Just an urban legend of the corporate world. Nothing to worry about, their corporate secrets are totally safe. But if they really don't believe, why do they sound so afraid?
Agreeing to Disagree
Dominique and her Shadow might not agree on much, but even so they seem to get along, somehow. There's some grudging respect there, a kind of mutual respect between rivals. Outright cooperation is rare, but they're likely to cut each other some slack at times. (Merit: Good Relationship.)
Other Merits and Flaws
Merits: Acute Vision, Acute Hearing, Ability Aptitude (Subterfuge). Flaws: Masochist, Sticky Plasm.

"I'm proud to call myself your family. This? This right here? This is true heroism."
"They just don't get it."

"Oh, you're not all dead yet? A minor oversight. We'll get right on that."

"Sex toys that talk. Remind me again how exactly that is an improvement?"
"That's right, just give in. You'll feel so much better."

Doesn't
"Toys. Some of them are actually fun. That doesn't make them important."
"Eh. Just... eh."
"What? Seriously?"
"Ugh, give me a break."
"Huh. Really?"
