Overview
Zimzala Surf Bin is a locally owned surf and skate shop that sells surfboards, wet suits, and beach apparel. When the weather or the ocean doesn't cooperate or if the customer is land locked, they also sell skateboards. Zimzala is also aware that not everyone can afford buying surfboards "to fill up their quiver", so they provide rentals to the beginner or casual surfer.

In addition, Zimzala hosts a surfing school where customers can sign up for personal 90 minute sessions or open group sessions. Daisy Parker, a member of the Western Surfing Association, has a life time of experience and loves sharing her passion with others. Zimzala has partnered with the Wave Project, a surf therapy charity, and provides surfing experiences for children suffering from mental health disorders.

Zimzala is also active in protecting the oceans from pollution, and has partnered with such organizations as 4 Ocean and the Surfrider Foundation. If needed, the show room of the surf shop can be converted into a 'surf-theme' banquet hall.

Contacts
Daize Daize (Owner & Surf Coach) --- The California native is a member of the Western Surfing Association (WSA) and has been surfing "ever since she was a grommet". Recently, she has been seen on the surfing circuit and winning a couple of the competitions. Her love and passion for surfing is more of a lifestyle rather than a hobby or a past time. She not only teaches students how to surf, but how to appreciate the joys of the sport.
Yvette Yvette (Office Manager) --- Young, bright, and learning to surf. She isn't very involved in the surf community, but she's smart and good with numbers. Yvette knows Daize can take this shop and school to whatever height she desires SO LONG as she keeps her hands off the books. That's where Yvette comes into the picture. She focuses on the business by tracking cash flow, ordering inventory, dealing with suppliers and managing the books. In the meantime, she continues to advance in her new-found surf hobby.

Zimzala Surf Bin has partnered with organizations to help protect the ocean and beaches from harm!
  • Community Service - Whether it's being socially aware of the activities going around in the community, or it's assisting special needs children with a brief respite from their troubles, or any other activity that affects the community in a positive manner, Zimzala Surf Bin is there to offer whatever assistance they can.
