The nascent Court of the Autumn Lotus is centered around Prospect's equally-nascent Chinatown area. What does this mean for you? Most Kuei-Jin PCs are going to be relatively new to the area, and most will either still be members of their home Courts or members of the new Autumn Lotus Court.
