The County of the Emerald Dale This is a currently NPC peopled county within the Duchy of the Setting Sun, to the South of Prospect. It would be located in the vicinity of Chula Vista California. These NPCs are offered to provide RP hooks to new and existing PCs. He is extremely traditionalist and very unapologetic about it. He seems particularly disinclined to grant audiences to Pooka. Sir Garis ap Gwydion, Captain of the Guard Seelie Sidhe Wilder. Young, impressionable and obviously holding no small amount of hero-worship for Count Belan, Sir Garis is his right hand and enforcer. He is the ranking Scathach in the Duchy, perhaps within the Kingdom. There are others of higher rank, though they tend to travel. Known for her outgoing personality and charm, Baroness Iolhinn has long served as one of her House's foremost diplomats and politicians.
