The County of the Emerald Dale This is an NPC peopled county within the Duchy of the Setting Sun, to the South of Prospect. It would be located in the vicinity of Chula Vista California. He is the ranking Scathach in the Duchy, perhaps within the Kingdom. There are others of higher rank, though they tend to travel.
