Silvana: I do not know her well, but she runs the Oasis Casino and has the attention of many notably powerful Kindred. While she may be a ghoul, those whom she has interested in her make her someone to be very careful around.

It is unfortunate that one with so much power lacks the basic mannerisms of our society. Perhaps if he can adjust his attitude, we may all call him Prince some day.
