Head Chef ~ Jacques
Enjoy this French trained Cajun Chef's dishes, he puts his own artistic touch on every meal that leaves his kitchen.
Oh, and he doesn't smoke in front of the customers, or in the kitchen, only in the area behind the cafe. He has quite the temper, but he goes out of his way to give the customer a satisfying experience.
