Andrei Kazovski is a rookie on the job, barely past probation. I'm willing to hook up with someone who wants to play a partner/police mentor. It should be said that Andrei's not exactly the cleanest cop in the force, which might be good or bad for the relationship.

Well, not necessarily. But happy to provide the police angle for storylines and plots. Need a cop on site, who do you call? Thunder! Also happy to be an antagonist, the cop shaking down your bar, or giving you a shady deal to get off.
