RENEGADE: Rinaldo likes the Wild West of Prospect just fine. Even the Heirarchy isn't crazy enough to come here, and if they are the roving packs of spectres are far more important than one rebellious puppeteer.

GIOVANNI: In life a ghoul to Clan Giovanni. He has come to Prospect after the death of his former domitor and the vampire that controlled him beyond death. By attaching himself to his sister, he seeks a less oppressive relationship. ( See Aubrey )

SKIN-RIDER: He has a mild addiction to puppeting the quick, often as a catalyst to indulge his darker appetites.
