Occupation: Reginald is a night owl, and thus serves as the nighttime assistant at the Halfway House. He handles all of the normal duties for the place, but on the graveyard shift.

Personality: A constantly cheerful with a million stories. Nobody questions his stories, but there is no possible way half of them are true. He isn't a chronic liar, but instead simply loves spinning tales and making people happy. He has a love for a good, simple life and is an incredible cook.

Background: Reginald came over from England when he was 24, in 1960. Sometimes he says it was because he was wanted by the mob, and other times it is because he was pursuing legends of Al Capone's hidden vault. Either way, he was a friend to Daniel's father when he was growing up. After his father died and Daniel spiraled out of control, Reginald tried again and again to get the kid back on track. When Daniel finally got his life together he hunted the old man down and begged his forgiveness. When it was accepted Daniel enchanted him, and brought him fully into his life.
